B.Arch: Requires valid NATA scores.

The B.Des program may require applicants to take the Amity Design Test and submit a portfolio assessment.

Law Programs: Admission is based on 12th-grade marks, followed by an interview; CLAT scores can also be considered.

Postgraduate Programs PG admissions are typically based on the marks obtained in the qualifying degree, followed by an interview. For MBA programs, national-level entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or ATMA are accepted.

Ph.D. Programs Candidates must have a postgraduate degree with at least 55% aggregate marks. Admission is based on the Amity Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET) and a personal interview. Exemption from PET is given to candidates with valid GATE, UGC NET, or equivalent scores.

JNU Opens PG and ADOP Admissions for 2025-26 Session: Apply Online Now

JNU PG and ADOP Admissions 2025-26: Application Process Begins The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) has officially opened the admission process for its Postgraduate (PG) and Advanced Diploma of Proficiency (ADOP) programs for the academic session 2025-26. The online application window began on May 23, 2025, and will remain open until 11:50 PM on June 16, 2025.

According to the official announcement, the application correction window will be available from June 17 to 18, 2025, allowing candidates to make necessary corrections to their submitted forms. JNU plans to release the first merit list on June 27, followed by the second list on July 5, and the third list on July 14. The final date for completing the admission and registration process has been set for August 14, 2025.

The university’s notification issued on May 23 invites eligible candidates who have appeared for the CUET (PG) 2025 exam, the results of which were declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on May 6, to submit their applications.

How to Apply: Interested candidates can submit their applications online via the official websites — jnuee.jnu.ac.in and jnu.ac.in. To access the portal, applicants will need to log in with their NTA application number and date of birth.
