💫 Thinking today about Richtofen in Apex Legends. ✨

⭐️ Ultimis ⭐️

Ultimis Richtofen is very connected to travel, what, with the teleporters and the base on the moon. But, he’s also a war vet, an ex illuminati member and was previously known as ‘The Butcher,’ he also has a background in torture and information extraction too, so there should be emphasis on his scare factor! I think he would do well as a recon legend with a little bit of skirmisher mixed in there. He always knows where you are and has ways to get to you before you know what’s hit you!

✨ Class - Recon - Enemy Intel & Tracking.

💫 Class Passives:

• Ability to scan Survey Beacons

• Threat Vision (enemies are seen in red when aiming down sights.)

✨ Passive - ‘Voices of Corruption.’

With the M.P.D whispering to him all the time, he’s started to make sense of some of what they’re saying. When a fight is happening nearby, he gets a directional que and temporary wall hacks when someone gets downed.

“I know where you aarree~! Now come out und play!”

✨ Tactical - ‘Anywhere But Here.’

Richtofen knows when to fall back, and his M.T.D misadventures have given him the ability to withstand the strains of interdimensional travel! But, he still hasn’t figured out how to be precise. With two charges, he can teleport to another POI on the map, but he won’t know where he and his team will end up. (Can’t teleport out of the ring.)

“Teleporter activated! Now…Where will we end up?”

✨ Ultimate - ‘The Wunderwaffe DG2’.

Giving him his beloved Wunderwaffe is really the only choice here. When shooting out his electric rounds, he stuns the enemy, but the shot also connects to the other members of an enemy team if they are within a certain range, giving his team wall hacks for a short time. His Wunderwaffe has three charges.

“Ah, Wunderwaffe DG2, I have missed you!”

✨Perks!✨

Lvl 2 - Get brief wall hacks when using ‘Anywhere But Here’ OR Gain an extra ‘Anywhere But Here’ charge.

Lvl 3 - Gain three extra ‘Wunderwaffe DG2’ charges OR increase the stun and wall hack duration of ‘Wunderwaffe DG2’

“As always, it is a matter of filthy lucre! Oh, I love that term…Und why do you never hear about the clean lucre?” - A kill quip, probably.

🌟 Primis 🌟

Primis Richtofen is a war vet too, but he puts much more emphasis on his status as a Doctor and a man of science. With all of his travels being taken via portals, I think him being a Skirmisher legends suits him best, with some Assault and Support elements mixed in as an option. If you wanted to lean into his combat experience you could, and if you wanted to lean more into his ‘Doctor’ status, that would be an option too!

✨ Class - Skirmisher - Combat Mobility & Escape.

💫 Class Passives:

• Ability to see what is inside a care package before it lands.

• Allies gain a speed boost when running in your direction from a distance.

• Passive HP Regeneration when successfully knocking someone.

✨ Passive - ‘Portal Passenger.’

Used to travelling through portals, Richtofen gains a speed boost when exiting any portals.

“Nice und speedy, thank you!”

✨ Tactical - ‘The Ragnarock DG5’

First crafted on one of his many misadventures, Richtofen keeps his upgraded Ragnarock DG5’s on standby at all times. Surging into battle, Richtofen jumps into the air and slams his DG5’s down into the ground as he lands. On impact, the DG5’s deal shield damage, knock nearby enemies back, and Richtofen gains a short speed boost to either jump again or scarper away. His DG5’s have two charges.

“Mein Ragnarock DG5 is charged und ready! Stand clear!”

✨ Ultimate - ‘Maxis!’

When the fight gets too overwhelming, Richtofen can call to Maxis for aid. The next place Richtofen pings is where he and his team will be sent via a portal opened by Maxis.

“MAXIS! COME TO MEIN AID!”

✨Perks!✨

Lvl 2 - Gain the ‘Combat Reserve’ passive from Assault class. (Ability to carry extra ammo and Ordnance, can also open Assault Class specific loot bins for better weapon attachments.) OR Gain the ‘Revive Expert’ passive from Support Class. (Revives are faster and grant HP Regeneration. Banner crafting and ally death boxes spawn Mobile Respawn Beacons.)

Lvl 3 - Damage dealt with ‘The Ragnarock DG2’ replenishes Richtofen’s shields. OR reduce ultimate cool-down by 50%
