It’s finally time to buy the Abandoned Oracle. It can be found on my storenvy here. It is ready to go and pre-orders will be running from today (October 1) until Halloween (October 31). Like with my previous deck, I will order the pre-orders plus one half.
If orders get up to 100, I will order a custom tuck box for the decks, otherwise I will just order plain white tuck boxes.
I will answer any questions that come to my ask box if they are asked respectfully and are not asking why the deck costs so much. I will be answering that in another post (by the short answer is that things cost money for me to create and I deserve to be paid as an artist.)

Do you like abandoned places? That eerie sensation you get when you go somewhere that no one else has been in years? Where so much had happened and now all that’s left is peeling paint and feeling like somebody is watching you?
Then you will love the Abandoned Oracle! Eerie and unsettling, yet oddly beautiful. It’s an oracle deck for all of you with an affinity for scary things.
Pre-orders are open for all Halloween month, go check it out!

My question is: What is the next step for me in my ancestor work? (feel free to reword it if you need to)
The Hallway, The Toilet, The Bedroom
The Hallway makes me think of meeting places. Corridors where you run into old friends, family, etc. In shows and media, it's almost always the space where you see the most interaction between friends, rather than a classroom or any other space. Logan's booklet suggests that the Hallway represents “A long wait, exploration, curiosity keeping you back.” I think perhaps the key word to takeaway here is both a long wait and exploration; that maybe you need to take some time to really work out what you want to do here.
The Toilet reminds me of a space to either handle/confront problems, or to think. If a person's spending a long time in the bathroom, they typically tend to be ill, pensieve, or other things. It's where you've got a lot of confrontation with issues, where you go to be alone with your thoughts, but a place that is also full of challenges [ie bowel movements, vomiting, illness, etc]. It's time to confront your issues head on in order to succeed, to figure out what these obstacles are, and stuff. Logan's keywords for this card are “fighting old battles, familiar-horrors, giving in”. What things are being brought up again, what things are you needing to face (again)?
The Bedroom shows a very lonely space with a large white wall. It makes me thinks of hopes and dreams, of possibilities, of what could be and couldn't be. In a room with scattered debris on the floor, a peeling ceiling and other walls, its pristine doors and solid white wall stand out immensely, making me think of creativity and possibilities. Logan writes that the Bedroom is about personal relationships, stagnation, and keeping emotions hidden. In that vein, what are the things about you that are holding you back?
IN SUM; The next step seems to be that you need to stop and take time to consider various factors. What's inhibiting you? What stopped you? What feelings or incidents do you need to face and bring to surface in order to understand what's going on with you, inside of you? Take a nice long walk around, and think while you're at it. The answer might be a struggle to find, but it’s there, in plainer view than you believe.

One of the features of the deck is interchangeable cards. There are eight cards that match the titles of another card in the deck. It is up to the reader if they will keep the deck intact or will you choose one or the other?
With these cards, which feels right? Perhaps a lighter question demands the lighter Home. Perhaps it demands the chance for a darker moment to come for it. Perhaps the sheep, the only living creatures in the entire deck, speak to you deeply.
I won’t tell you which I prefer, but I will tell you, I love one much more than the other. I do not regret including both, but I know which will be forgotten more quickly for me.

I still have 2 from last one (one came in after I was already in bed!), but I’m going to open up the five slots early today.
Send me an ask with one question and I will pull a card from the Abandoned Oracle!
No medical, third party, or legal questions, please!
I will delete any that come in after five new ones come in (meaning I will be answering 7 today!)
The Abandoned Oracle is on sale right now, but only until October 31! Get your copy while you can.

Terrible video is terrible, but it’s a small preview of the Abandoned Oracle. I’m still spending some time with the cards before I put up some photos, but I’m content. Happy. It’s everything I wanted it to be and more.

I have been getting a load of asks and messages about the Abandoned Oracle. This is nice but some of them have been demanding I put it back in my shop. It's never been in my shop and it won't be if people keep being asshats. If I get more rude messages I am only going to make ten copies to send to friends. I am not finished the abandoned oracle and I'm glad people are excited for it but I don't need to and won't take abuse.

Hi :) if there is a slot left I would appreciate a general card reading? Thank you for offering these.
The Landing, the Bed, the FarmLetting go, saying goodbye, struggling with loneliness; stagnation, sickness, hopelessness; hard work, craftsmanship, valuing your own work.
Wow that is a whole lot of negative right there.Despite that there is a clear transition into negativity into positivity. I think that if you are sick, lonely and feeling hopeless you may want to throw yourself into crafting something for yourself.
Try something new and work hard at it. Even if you fail, you will be better off for it in the long run. You’ll be able to say “I made this!” with pride. You’ll know you worked hard on it.
The Abandoned Oracle is on sale for only a short time. Get it before it goes away forever on October 31!

I would love to get in on the free readings if that is possible. I would love to get advice on my job. I need to do something in order to get benefits before next July when I turn 26 and get kicked off my dad's insurance but I love my current job even though it has no benefits since I am at part time. Any advice on this would be lovely. You are so kind to do these readings.
The Alley, the Nursery, the TunnelHidden talents, breaking rules, seeking safety; rebirth, a chance for growth, learning new information; forced to move forward, a mindless march, seeking the light.
There is a lot going on here, but I think the key to this reading is breaking rules and a mindless march.
Sometimes rules aren’t good and while rules are generally there for a reason, there are more reasons to be breaking rules. Don’t be afraid because it’s what you’re supposed to do. Sometimes you just need to get it done.
Don’t go around and break every rule. Break the one rule. Break the one that doesn’t make sense and is hindering you.
Please don’t rob a bank.

Hello! If you're not tired of relationship/romance advice, then I'd love some! (FYI: I have 2 boyfriends. We're in a triad). If you ARE tired of romance pulls (and believe me, I understand), then advice about getting a tattoo <3
The Foyer, the Diningroom, the WorkshopNew opportunies, opening a door, welcoming warmly; interpersonal relationships, emotional nurishment, a meeting place; working by hand, craftsmanship, enjoying your work.
There is a lot to see here, but all of it is so warm and open. I would say that for this to keep strong you need to always be open. Be open about the happy, be open about the sad, be open about the angry. Discuss everything that should be said.
I think too that the Dining room is really key here too. Eating meals together when possible helps to strengthen bonds. Get your cook on and work it out by hand. Cook together, eat together, grow together.

Free readings are now closed. Please check back tomorrow.

If you had to get a reading about this upcoming week, what card from your deck would you hope would pop up and why?
This week? Two of Cups. Working together and good feelings between friends.
OR, since I’m thinking about the Abandoned Oracle, I would love to pull the alternate version of the Home. (the darker one with the sheep). Heck, I’d like both Home cards at once.
