I just realized that in my The Opposite and The Mirror rewrite, I gave Alec and Nyah the same 'hand rubbing when nervous/uncomfortable/worried' thing. And now I kinda want that to evolve into rubbing their wrist instead of their hand because that's where their "Anchor Symbol" is.

Sleeping with the babes:

ARMEN: Armen is all about physical touch. She's gonna be all over you and cuddled against you in a sea of blankets. She'll probably wanna steal one of your shirts and she'll be in that and a pair of panties and nothing else. She's probably gonna be all sprawled out on top of you at some point.

RORY: Rory is super shy, so he'll be a bit hesitant at first, but he would love to be the little spoon! He's really long and has super long legs so your legs are gonna get tangled at some point.

ANASTASIA: Ana is really weird about physical touch due to some trauma, so at first she'll be sleeping on the complete opposite side of you. But in the middle of the night, she'll keep scooting closer and closet until she has her arms gently wrapped around you.

AUGIE: Augie is gonna wanna hold you close. He's actually an incubus, so he's also super warm and he has a tail, which he'll wrap around whatever part of you he can get to.

ALEC: Alec is a little cuddle bug, he's gonna hold you and run his fingers through your hair and mouth sweet names to you. (He's mute so he doesn't speak other than through notes and mouthing things)

Bathtime with the babes:

ARMEN: Armen is gonna splash you with water and her feet are gonna end up all in your face because she'll wanna be on opposite ends of the tub. She'll probably try to smoke in the tub but then dramatically sob when she drops her pipe into the tub.

RORY: Rory will be super super flustered and embarrassed. He's pre-op trans, so he would be really hesitant about showing his body to you, but with some encouragement, he'll happily bathe with you and he'll want a lot of bubbles!

ANASTASIA: Anastasia will be shy about showering herself to you, but once she gets over her nervousness, she'll wanna lay on top of you and just cuddle in the warm water. She might doze off on you though.

AUGIE: Augie is gonna want all the candles and bubbles and soothing music, and honestly he'll probably end up getting horny and wanna fool around in the tub.

ALEC: Alec will wanna take care of you and wash you, then let you wash him. He'll be gentle and give you little kisses all the time, and he'll caress your face and make you feel special.

Blaine Anderson- loves love. Wants to be in love so badly. Wants the storybook, fairytale, happily ever after love. When he thinks he might have it; Blaine becomes the biggest apologist for the person he's with. He accepts his partner as is; as long as he's getting at least something back in return. Blaine has an over active imagination and can turn the most simple thing into "THE WORST THING EVER".

Hunter Clarington- the worst. Hunter has been so shut off to everything and everyone that he wouldn't know love, feelings, or emotions if the walked up and slapped him in his smug face. So when someone actually gets past his walls and manages to feel something, he has no idea what to do with it. But if you're willing to stick it out with him, the payoff might be worth it.

Alec Wilder- reckless personified. Alec is drawn to people, and they are drawn to him/them. It's not that Alec doesn't respect things. It's that he/they have big feelings and emotions and allows him/themselves to be ruled by them. Things happen for a reason after all. People come into your life for a reason, and they leave for a reason as well. Each experience brings you knowledge and growth.

He's going to scare him 🥺 He already has. And he's already shown he has no problem touching on him which is terrifying/traumatizing enough. There's plenty of terrible things he can do. Asa isn't Alec's "official" new project so it's all really more just to terrify him with what could happen/what's going to happen if he doesn't behave with Hayes now.

But Alec's done this with regular projects too. If there's specific orders only to use toys/tools to beat and break and train them and not actually physically have sex with them, if they've never had it before, since the person who buys them will want to be their first.

That doesn't take anything else horrible off the table. And he knows a lot of horrible things. He's there to make them too scared to be disobedient and he has many ways of very successfully doing that.

Alec was born and raised in Kismet Harbor. He is the second born of the Kincade and older brother to Waverly. Growing up Alec had always been fun, charming, and outgoing. Love making people smile and he hated being serious and was never serious. It was a surprise to most because he was great at school and people often thought that he was not serious. His family is one that is filled with love, always there for each other and often going on vacation together.

   Alec charming and flirty attitude did often get him into trouble a few times ended up breaking people heart because of his flirting but not realizing nor meaning to do so. Alec was involved in many different activities and sports at school which he was good at.

   Alec discovered his love for science and medicine in high school. He found a passion for science and knew he wanted to do something with science. One summer, Alec had a volunteer opportunity in the hospital, and it was there he watched doctors in action and decided he wanted to be a doctor.

   Alec graduated from high school with some of the top grades and his activities in high school did end up landing him a scholarship to Harvard university. During his schooling he modeled and took some roles during his summer. Alec never really did anything more with acting and modeling, but he did develop a relationship with many of his fellow models and even some actors that he is still friends with.

   Alec moved back to Kismet Harbor with his child after his ex-wife signed the divorce papers and their marriage ended due to her cheating on him. Alec has been divorced for a year and half and is a single dad with a year and a half son. He accepted a job as the head of neuro. He is adjusting to being a single dad and figure out being a dad too.

i like how leverage throws in random details that are never elaborated on. hardison gets himself a front row seat at the oscars each year, but we only see that in a single throwaway flashback. parker broke a guy's fingers for touching her and it wasn't even a plot point, it was just one in a series of memories of stabbings and so forth. eliot continually knows extremely specific information which implies some extremely specific scenarios he's been in. the more we find out about sophie's backstory, the more questions it raises about what the hell is wrong with her. and the more we find out about nate's backstory, the more questions it raises about what the hell is wrong with him.

One of the only things I'll say negatively about leverage is how they handled parkers Thing in the French connection job. She spends the whole episode talking about how she wants something to enjoy OUTSIDE of the life like eliot has cooking, hardison has gaming, and sophie has theater but then her thing ends up being art which like. Is fine. We know she loves art and shiny things, but the clear answer is music.

She did not stop dead in her tracks in the middle of a con, losing track of time and what she is doing TWICE because she heard her boys performing music, for you to say that music doesn't make her feel things.

She got CAUGHT in the scheherazade job bc she was so enamored with hardisons playing. She was completely caught off guard when they came in the room which is fucking unheard of for her. Don't tell me music doesn't make her Feel Things.

hardison is such a homemaker... always getting them fully furnished new bases, always getting them ID's and plane tickets. is it any wonder that parker is so attracted to someone who always makes others just that bit more comfortable, who cares so obviously, who will make you a home that you can go to and leave from unconditionally, even if you never had a home like that before.
