Barbara Chase-Riboud doesn't only make epically sized sculptures. She has made jewelry-sized sculptures, too. This silver brooch is c. 1972, and this gold articulated ring is [shruggie on the date, but] from a stamped edition of eight.
They're both being sold at Rago Arts, from the art jewelry hoard of the awesomely named Acey Wolgin, who collected art with her husband Bill. May their auction proceeds be a blessing.
