Yet amid reclaiming the ship it was discovered the purpose of the Acacius Division's risky theft was to collect and transport a sizeable weapon, one that was discovered for them by a mysterious "guest of the boss". Could this mean the leader of the Acacius Division be present at the intended destination, and that he could be caught and silenced? And what is this weapon that was worth the risk of such a high profile theft? The answers lie at the coordinates gleaned from tricking the enemy. The location? Curiously, the Ausonius Mine... To the winner also goes the Starlight Crown, and the Winter Rose, which may be pledged to their Queen of Nymeia. The Starlight Tournament is a single elimination tournament with a charity element. Jousters do not need to be knights. They are encouraged to announce their charity as they fight. Charities can be whatever you want! “I am the Associate Dean of Asia School of Business established in collaboration with MIT Sloan(ASB) and a professor of management and entrepreneurship. I stand for equality and respect for diversity in all its shapes and forms. My biggest achievement to date on a professional level has to be ASB, setting up this ambitious global business school in Kuala Lumpur in collaboration with MIT Sloan and becoming a public speaker. On a personal level, I am proud of my relationships with my friends and my family. Most of my life was defined by challenges, either professional or personal but the one thing that helped me the most was having strong friends and mentors to help me through, either with good advice, mentor-ship, sometimes a loan, especially when I was at the beginning of my career, or even just a strong shoulder to cry on. I believe that we cannot go through life alone and we should invest most in meaningful relationships. I don’t know if I represent women in Malaysia but I hope I represent women in general who want to be who they want to be, and not who they have been told to be. In my case I’m constantly told that I don’t look like a professor and I want to communicate and educate others that the stereotypes of what a Professor (for example) should look like are of the past. I am who I am and I will not allow anyone to box me in their narrow notion of what I am supposed to be or look like. I especially want to help my students at ASB to achieve their goals and become truly transformative and principled leaders. In my role as the Faculty Director of Action Learning at ASB and together with my extraordinary team, we have created very innovative learning opportunities that place our students to be working with companies all across Asia and beyond during each of their five terms in their MBA journey and each of these action learning projects expose our students to unique challenges, learning opportunities, cultural experiences and meaningful relationships. At ASB, we encourage our global student population to be open to learning by being first and foremost humble,respectful to diversity, embrace change and challenges and enjoy this extraordinary and quite unconventional journey ahead of them. I tell this to all my students, both women and men: Nobody can intimidate you unless you give them the power to do it. I believe that women are more courageous and determined when it comes to helping others (especially their own families) but less so when it comes to helping themselves. So my message for them is to stand up for themselves, do what they want, love themselves more. If not you, then whom? My story is not remarkable but I believe my storytelling is. We are all subjects to more or less the same experiences but how we interpret them, what we make of them, that makes the difference. Finally I am remarkable because I am unapologetically unconventional."
