To Escape Fear, You Have to Go Through it, Not Around. FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real? Have the Courage to Confront & Confirm it Yourself. Personally, I borrowed a lesson from NLP to Anchor the Word F.E.A.R. as a Trigger to 𝗙ace 𝗘motional 𝗔ssumption 𝗥ealistically I would say that majority of our Fear is rooted in Uncertainty. We can't help But Respect and Admire those RoofTopping People - They have so much Confidence in their Skills that they Dared Death-Defying Feats on the Tallest Buildings they can get to. But of course, this is in NO way Encouraging You on such act to Test Your Fear as there are hundreds of such deaths a year. Everyone has Fear but Everyone also has Courage. Courage is 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿.
