#oops im rambling#ok so now im spiraling a lil bit bc i went on instagram#and i KNOW it gives me anxiety#but i go on there anyways !!!#bc i think: oh let me just check on the ppl i care abt#BOOM distracted BOOM see ppls posts BOOM get anxious#i turned on post notifs for them so i wouldn't have to constantly be checking#but i haven't been getting them#so i put an app timer on it for 7 mins#which is still probably too long#since i was not on for 7 mins#and look at me now#but its smthg i hope#actually ill turn it down#affirmations for me: im a multifaceted individual#my life is full of dimension#i have experiences i enjoy#i cannot judge my life based on others#i am a complete individual#my life is meaningful and full of wonderful experiences even if i don't put them on display
