Good fucking morning

My sleep schedule is shit and I slept all afternoong yesterday then got like 3 hours of sleep at night because I was studying for a test

The test was okay AND I GOT THE RESULTS BACK FOR THE LAST TEST AND I PASSED WOO

And there’s POKEMON today so yeah!! Woo!!

Tho it kind of does suck that they decided to put a lecture right after the test. Some students didn’t even stay for it.

Me? I’m tired but I don’t want an absence so guess I’m staying.

the edge of a knife--

it’s been months now in which jun has been receiving rather regular emails from a certain weapon specialist. months of continued attempts to get him to meet up with the younger male at headquarters and try out this or the other new knife. emails he at first replied to with polite refusal, then blunt rebuttal and eventually jun ended up simply ignoring them.

not that he doesn’t like the weapon’s specialist; on the contrary. yoongi is one of his more favourite members of the kingsman service, considering he is one of the few people there who understand what a proper knife is supposed to look and feel like - as well as be used for. the thing is, jun has his knives and they still work perfectly, so why would he get different ones?

which is, in fact, the main dialogue between the two of them whenever they do end up coming across each other in the hallways. yoongi animatedly discussing his newest invention and jun patiently explaining how unnecessary a new knife was, when one already has a trusty old one. jun has gotten used to it, forked it up as being just another part of becoming a knight.

quite coincidental how yoongi had been hired around the same time as jun had been promoted. from the start it had made jun feel more warmly towards the young male to begin with, but by now it’s like he found himself a little brother within the service. a continuously nagging little brother, exactly the way they usually are, is what he’s told.

but surprisingly, yoongi’s latest invention had sparked his interest. admittedly he’d only actually read through the email in a bout of boredom, but the knife described inside was quite the idea indeed - with a tip that could be filled with poison and a mechanism to use so that only those you really wanted to die would get their dosis, and in other instances the knife could work like any other.

for someone used to working with knives, an invention like that is definitely one jun can appreciate. mostly because he really doesn’t like having a poisonous blade in his position anybody could accidentally nick themselves on and die from. which is why he’s decided to go over to where the younger male is usually holed up so that he can try out the weight of the blade, the balance and everything else that needs to be tested in person to make sure a knife is truly a good knife.

but, in order to truly confuse the younger male, jun decided to dress up that day. mostly because he still feels more comfortable in the dresses and heels he’s been wearing more regularly lately, but also because he really wants to see the look on yoongi’s face when a so-called complete stranger walks in.

it takes a little bit of work as usual - shaving, dressing up, doing make-up, putting on a proper wig - but then jun is good to go. with her dark hair styled just right, her make-up on point, her dress business-like but showy and her high heels of the impeccable red type, she calmly makes her way over to the recently new headquarters.

despite not having been there much at all, she easily finds her way over to yoongi’s ‘garage,’ not announcing her presence in any way until she gives a light tap on the door and walks inside. the desk - where she knows the weapon specialist is supposed to be - is empty. instead she notices an overall a little further up ahead, next to one of the cars on display.

gently closing the door behind her again, she waits a simple moment longer before clearing her throat and then walking over to where the weapon specialist is ‘hiding.’ “good afternoong, mister min, i believe you are supposed to be working,” she speaks in that i-see-what-you’re-doing-there type of voice most of the administrative higher ups tend to have when speaking to her. she makes sure to school her expression into one of badly masked disapproval and slight contempt as she allows her gaze to finally meet that of the weapon’s specialist.

so..... basically my crush is one of my bandmates, he plays the bass guitar, and my goodness his fingers are beautiful they're just?????!!!! and not to mention how he's so kind n smart!!! and he's also really funny!!!!!! yesterday he was putting the mic stands back and i asked whether he needed help so we just walked together to the music room and it was really chill n nice and we just talked about shit.... mnanadnas jkhdjshkjs im so?? wow what a cool dude.

oh my god you two play in a band together?? TOGETHER?? that is like soooo cool??? wow i wish i could be in a band but wow he sounds so nice :(( i can just imagine all your lazy afternoong just chillin out, practicing on a song maybe, making music and asdfghjkkll that is seriously so so cute baby anon :(( everything related to music makes me extra giddy so to know that you and your crush story starts and exists in a musical world makes me so so happy *makes space on my bed* TELL ME MORE!!!!!
