Looks like Limbus is keeping the whole fact that L corp ego still looks exactly how it does in game

Though notable is the fact this is the first time we have seen someone with mutable ego gifts on their body

(it is easier to see the meat lantern ego in the second image)

with the ego of One of the worst abno's (meat lantern)

Notable thing with outis is shes holding a book which most likely has information on the abnormality and/or is what she writes info into while working with him. Also as pointed out by 2 users Outis also has an ego gift from bloodbath (its the bloody wrappings on her hands)

also while not used by the ego weapon in game it seems that the bullets also have that ring effect you see when Dar Freischütz bullets are fired (also seen in ruina)
