Dear Marta, thank you for your latest conversions, they are fabulous! Would you consider to convert some French sets from AggresiveKitty? Hello and thank you! Sadly I have to decline: I'm not completely sure they allow conversions in first place - I sent a message via tumblr more than a year ago but never answered back. Also their set are very big! I don't have time to convert that much stuff... I wish I had! Hope you understand <3

Good evening everyone! I am leaving the villa that I started a little out of the way due to the amount of work that it takes me :( , but as compensation I leave you these images of another Italian villa that I have finished, Tray files available at the end!

Villa Guidovizo
The Royal Villa is located in the hilly area of St. Morris, 68km from Simparthia Capital of Calibria. Built in the 17th century as the token of love from King Philip II to his wife Maria Josepha. Maria Josepha herself was an Italian. She married the King at the young age of 15 and said to always missed her homeland in Tuscany. 
The King who really love his young bride, saw the sadness on her eyes. In attempt to cheer her up, The King built The Villa in Italian Renaissance Style. It took 3 years to complete the Villa. The Villa have 46 bedrooms, throne hall, two ballrooms, 8 drawing rooms and beautiful garden. 
Queen Maria Josepha love the Villa so much. She often travel here and sometimes stayed for 3 months here, during which The King wrote to her everyday. After the death of The King, Maria Josepha retreat herself from the Court of Calibria and move here permanently. She only appeared at court on very special occasions. She stayed here until her own death in 1740 and left The Villa to the Crown.
Today The Villa is still belong to the Crown and open to public. Many of Maria Josepha’s personal belonging exhibited here, including some of the love letters she received from Philip II. ————————————

where do you get your lots and cc? especially the outdoor lots/street lots, where do you find those?

hi!! hmm 🤔 for specific cc, you can maybe find things you're looking for in my wcif tag or my cc finds blog !!! my go-to cc finds blogs are emilyccfinds, maxismatchccworld and itsjessicaccfinds !!!

street lots I've used in the past are aggresivekitty's London Lots (both main london and ladbroke street) as well rubyred's Paris City Build !!! most lots I use i find here on tumblr or via the #felixandre hashtag on the gallery !!!!

Brutalism/Minimalist Apartment

This build was an extremely hard build for me. My natural/default decorating style is farmhouse with a lot of clutter in both Sims 4 and in real life. However, I think for my first minimalist build it went alright!
