The apples, kale, grapes, and quinoa all go perfectly with pork, while the homemade vinaigrette adds a tangy finish.Here are some easy recipes that go well with pork chops! Green salad is always a good option, as is buttered rice or pasta. To serve these crispy pork chops, I recommend making a couple of classic veggie side dishes. They’ll be even more flavorful and tender! Dry Brine: If you have time, take your pork chops out of the refrigerator early, season them, and then allow to sit, covered, at room temperature for up to 30 minutes before cooking.If needed, you can cook the chops in batches. Make More: You can easily double this recipe and make four pork chops, but make sure not to overlap the pork chops in the air fryer.They are known to damage the air fryer basket over time. Don’t Use Aerosol: While spritzing a little oil on your food or air fryer basket is good, avoid aerosol-powered spray oils.Enjoy! Transfer the pork chops to a plate and let stand for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite sides.The internal temperature of the pork chops should register at 145˚F. Air frying uses a minimum amount, for maximum results!

This recipe for air-fried pork chops uses a seasoning rub, but no breading, so the finished chops are also low carb and keto-friendly. With convection heat, pork chops cook quickly, developing a crispy exterior while staying juicy inside. Essentially, air fryers are mini convection ovens, which bake much more effectively than normal ovens. Why does air frying pork chops work so well? The short answer is convection heating. But, I’m here to tell you, it doesn’t have to be that way! My secret weapon for no-fail juicy pork chops? Air frying! Using your Air Fryer, it’s easy to make thick, juicy pork chops, every time. Have you ever had pork chops turn out dry? That’s a common issue with cooking pork chops at home.

BY FAR my most popular recipe is my air fryer BBQ meatloaf! I seriously get several messages a week from people telling me they made it & the whole family loved it - even picky kids! This time I baked it in an 8x8 pan in the oven instead of my air fryer; Still turned out amazing. My 4 year old already wants me to make it again for dinner tomorrow! • MEATLOAF: 1 lb 85/15 ground beef 1 egg 2 Tbsp heavy cream 1/4 c. onion (grated or chopped SUPER tiny) 2 Tbsp low sugar BBQ sauce (I used @ghughessugarfree hickory this time) 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2/3 cup @porkkinggood crushed pork rinds 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (the powdery kind) 1 tsp parsley 1/2 tsp pink salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp ground black pepper • GLAZE: 6 Tbsp @alternasweets ketchup (or other reduced sugar ketchup) 2 Tbsp @swerve brown sugar substitute 1.5 Tbsp red wine vinegar • Combine all ingredients for the meatloaf in a bowl & mix well (if you don’t mix it enough it will be too moist/crumbly & not hold together). In a SEPARATE bowl, mix all ingredients for the glaze. I pressed the prepared meatloaf mixture into greased 8x8 pan, spread the glaze over it, then baked IN OVEN at 375° for 30 minutes. • TO COOK IN AIR FRYER: Press prepared meatloaf mixture into foil-lined air fryer basket. Cook at 360° for 15 minutes. Spread glaze over the top of the meatloaf, then continue to cook for another 15-20 minutes until done. Let sit a few minutes before removing & cutting. • Serve it w/your favorite low carb sides. Tonight I did canned green beans w/a sprinkle of TJ’s onion salt, and some Carbquik corn bread muffins (I’ll post the full recipe for those tomorrow- they were STUPID easy & tasty).
