Thank you to Linda Redinger and her instructional video. I now have this card template in my tool box. this card can be used for a variety of occasions. the outer layer is a clear window sheet  backed by a velum sheet  cover with embossed black card stock and teal ribbon to hide the edges. the upper flowers are encase between the two sheets adding to the 3-D effect without dimensionals. My first attempt was a miserable failure. My next one will be even better.
