tbh opening lines are the part i edit the least. i usually feel the most confident about them. also half of my latest fics are drabbles and idk if that truly makes a difference but i think it does, at least while im writing. the real pattern is that jimmy is mentioned in half of these!! someone's clearly my favorite lmao

out of these, my favorite line is either spare a crumb or pantry of self-discovery. but also maybe tonight has a really good opening paragraph, if i do say so myself jdjdjsjsn
