Die medizinische Massage erledigt ein Sessel

Seit einigen Tagen bin ich zur Reha (ein alter Bandscheibenvorfall hat mein rechtes Bein immer mehr beeinträchtigt) im nordfränkischen Bad Steben.

Heute lautet mein zweiter Morgentermin "Brain Light": Aus der Einführung am ersten Tag weiß ich, dass es sich um eine Behandlung durch eine Maschine handelt. Ein gigantischer Lederfernsehsessel erledigt hier die medizinische Massage, der Hersteller hat ihn "Brain Light" genannt.

Der Sessel steht in einem eigenen Raum; sein Name erklärt sich durch eines von zwei Ausstattungsdetails, die ich eigentlich nicht mit Massage verbinde (anders als menschliche Hände). In der Einführung hatte man mir gezeigt, dass man sich nach dem Setzen in den Sessel Kopfhörer und eine Brille aufsetzt: Je nach gewähltem Programm (es gibt ca. 30) kommen aus dem Kopfhörer aufmunternde Worte und Musik oder nur Musik; die Brille, so hieß es, mache therapeutische Farben, Blitze, Funken. Beides soll positive Auswirkungen aufs Befinden haben.

Bei meinem heutigen Termin wähle ich ein Programm, das nur Musik ohne Worte spielt und stelle die Musik möglichst leise. Durch die anweisungsgemäß geschlossenen Augen sehe ich weißes Lichtrauschen und hoffe, dass es nur Unangenehmes und Unnützes blitzdingst.

Die Massage besteht aus vielen Knubbeln, die abwechselnd aus dem Sessel kommen. Da der Sessel mich in die Waagrechte gelegt hat, entsteht Druck mit der Schwerkraft des eigenen Körpers und ist sehr angenehm. Die Knubbel drücken mal in Clustern an einer Stelle, mal wellenförmig eine Linie den Rücken entlang, hin und wieder ändert sich der Liegewinkel oder der Winkel der Kopfstütze. Ich bemerke die asymetrischen Verspannungen meiner Rückenmuskulatur, am verspanntesten (also mit schmerzhaftester Reaktion auf Knubbel) eine durchaus unerwartete Stelle.

Eine fast rührende Erinnerung an Massagen durch menschliche Experten ist das Laken, das den Patienten und Patientinnen für die Nutzung des Sessels ausgehändigt wird: Ich kenne das Ritual von früheren Runden Physiotherapie, in denen man ein Laken zum Schutz der Massageliege bekam, das man zu seinen Terminen immer mitbrachte. Als Hygieneschutz für einen Sessel hätte ich eher ein kleines Handtuch erwartet, wie man es auch für Krafttrainingsgeräte verwendet.

Hallo, ich habe eine Frage: Für was lebst du? Ich denke mal die Antwort ist das du für deine Familie, für deinen Job und andere gründe lebst. Aber wolltest oder willst du nicht etwas einzigartiges machen, als Schulden und Steuern zu bezahlen, zu arbeiten und deine Familie zu versorgen. Dann frage ich dich was macht dich einzigartig oder was willst du einzigartiges machen? Bringst du dieser Welt den Frieden, den Krieg, den Tod, das Leben oder die Liebe. Also wenn du nichts ausser deinem normalem Leben hast, frgae ich mich wo du darin denn Sinn des Lebens siehst. Denn was du tust, arbeiten, das hat dein Vater getan deine Großvater und jeder andere in deiner Familie. Reicht dir dann dieses banale Leben. Eigentlich wartest du doch nur auf den tot. Denn du und alle anderen warten nur, am besten lässt sich das mit denn Worten von Hermann Scherer erklären: Menschen warten jede Woche auf Freitag, jedes Jahr auf den Sommer und ein Leben lang auf das Glück. Verstehst du dann was ich sagen will? Wenn ja dann weißt du was ich vom Leben halte und für die die es nicht verstehen für mich exestiert kein sinn im Leben, und wenn es einen gibt dann sind es meine philosophischen Werke.
