Have you ever noticed how older people will always make comments like "Oh that's back in style now?"  This trend of everything is old is new again flows through life not just in style of clothing but also in faith. Example some things that were considered cults or cult like in the 60's or 70's is now considered mainstream. Things considered radical are normal. Technology is the same way.  Often times you may do updates or upgrades on your computer and regret it. I been there done that tons of times. I saw this on Twitter and thought it was important. I’m not sure why Showtime/Shameless doesn’t highlight this kind of stuff but it goes beyond the gripes about screen time and storylines and beyond the stupid fandom bullshit. Mickey and Ian are important and they mean a lot to people and whatever happened before and whatever happens in the future, that’s not going to change. I’m glad to have been able to watch it as it happens, even if it was only at the tail end. And I hope that Noel and Cam and the original writers take pride in what they’ve created. It really is special.
