For some random strange idea we decided to make tamales and start at like 8:30pm 🙄 But the one that could use a little more lovin is "cheesy beef" I used daiya farmblock cheddar and beyond beef crumbles and it's full of lots of delicious flavorful goodness The more appealing looking tamale I got experimental with the filling and stuffed it with soyrizo, nopales, black beans, plantain, and Anaheim peppers.... I tell you it's magic in my mouth I was very pleased with how it came out.
