#im sitting outside in the freezing cold with no socks on#crying#i just snapped at my mom bc im so stressed#i havent eaten today and i had to go get everyone food#and destiny has been texting me non stop bc shes having a mental breakdown and she wants to die and shes having relarionship problems and#her ocd and anxiety is so bad#and i took my mom to the doctors today#and i just feel helpess#i cant help them#i cant help anyone#i wish i could#i feel so useless#and overwhelmed and i wish i could do more#i just feel so stuck#and sad#and i want them to not have any problems but i cant help#and i hate myself#i feel like its all my fault#i feel impatient and horrible and mean for not being more understanding with my mom#im so impatient and mean and i grt embarassed by her and that makes me an awful daughter#and i feel so bad about it#i need to do better and i hate myself#im not doing enough im never doing enough im not good enough#i need a job so i can pay for the medicine my mom cant afford bc she sacrifices so much bc she cant afford it#and shes mentally not there enough to work and insurance is fucking shit in this country and despite how sick she is they refuse to help her#and i feel so trapped and like im going to end up just like her#i cant do anytjing to help her shes at the mercy of her disease and its so unfair#its not fair she doesnt deserve this i dont deseve this#im so stressed i havent cried in weeks#and now km drownjng
