This is definitely a hot take, but the biggest reason why most biracial couples in TV shows aren't canon is because of white people
#the racism that biracial couples face#especially in boy meets world#i heard about this and i cant remember the girl's name who dated shawn#but even the actress herself experienced racism on set#and i think that biracial couple in walking dead gets the same type of horrible heat#i dont watch it but i once again have heard about it#and dont even get me started on the sterek fanfiction that would always make braeden the villain#like bitch you couldnt have choice kate or that other white girl who were actually villains???#🥝.rambles
