i just want to read about wraith, specifically, MY idea of wraith, but no fic is getting it right, and over 80% of the fics are tagged with McKay/Sheppard and i just DON'T ship that at all... so i am struggling

#they love each other yes.... but like... as friends #John is some sort of aroace and McKay is uhh aro and bi? maybe?#point is. they care a lot more about space and aliens and science and flying and atlantis more than romance #and they are best friends and they are family and it's perfect #I just don't... I rarely ever have very strong negative feelings about ships #but i just don't like this one. there's nothing wrong with it exactly. i just don't see it #all i want from stargate fic is an in depth dive into wraith biology and culture and the other aliens in pegasus and the humans there #and the hybrids and i would love to talk more about the travelers because where are their ships from????#and Larrin is hot (let's be real)#and i want to talk more about wraith queens and the retro virus/hoffan drug/the vaccine/etc. and how to deal with wraith feeding on humans #without fundamentally changing what wraith are #and how the wraith would react to not killing humans anymore #and the dynamic that would form in the galaxy once that happens.. wraith would still be the strongest power in the galaxy #would they want to keep ruling humans? would they leave them alone? idk #ooo and also talk more about wraith worshippers. i want to know more about that #and i KNOW i COULD write it all myself but 😩 i am bad at writing #it would be so much easier if someone else did it for me XD #stargate atlantis #sga #stargate wraith
