if my brain could decide whether i am “fine” or “having a nervous breakdown,” that would be great
#i was soooooooo happy and calm yesterday#and now i’m like ‘well - time to freak out over nothing again i guess 🤷’#and the stupid thing is that i know it’s just the like. five more things i need to do that are causing all this stress#god willing i’ll have them done by the end of the week#and everything will literally be FINE#but until then it’s just emotional whiplash brain times#no one is mad no one is mad i’m not failing at everything no one hates me it’s FINE#one day i will find mental peace#for a while there i was doing great and then i think i just got overwhelmed#everything will be okay#i know this#i am holding onto it
