At the start of Boruto, I was actually really excited for the SaraCho friendship, because yay major galpal win, but Ikemoto ruined it 😩 he sidelined a beautiful friendship for a Boruto fixation

Not just that, but a forced 'friendship' with Sumire thats entirely one sided and Sarada only even remotely indulges in is because their both ride or die for Boruto, cuz as we seen with how she and Chocho have zero relationship now and Hima has become Chochos new bestie, its clear that if you arent ride or die for Boruto then Sarada wants nothing to do with you, hence why she only sticks to Sumire like glue.

I hate to 'downplay' their friendship but you can blame Ikemoto entirely for the implication because if that isnt the case, then why IS Chocho now close with Hima but no mention of Sarada?

Why WAS Chocho fighting for her life and Sarada only thought about Hima? [Borutos sister]

yes she said 'everyone' but she specifically mentions Himawari while Chocho is just included in 'everyone', and its shown that she wasnt all that concerned about 'everyone' later anyway, see below

WHY when everything was over and Inojin was in the hospital being taken care of BY HER MOTHER was Sarada not there checking on Chocho? she knew she'd be there since thats her teammate, so why wasnt she there seeing how her BEST FRIEND is doing after coming THAT close to death? or any of team 10? their still her comrades

Yeah THIS was more important than how her 'best friend' was doing, and who do you see right alongside her? thats right, Sumire, because she is also concerned about Boruto.

See the pattern? yeah, so this isnt me 'downplaying' her friendship with Sumire, its just exactly what it is, a friendship of pure one sided proportions because we see Sumire show far more genuine care and effort towards Sarada than the other way around.

After Sumire told Sarada about her feelings for Boruto, has she ever acknowledged or showed her support in that? no, she pretended it didnt exist.

After Sumire told her not to run off because it would be too dangerous, did she listen? no, and what happened? she cost Boruto his eye and nearly got them both killed, do you think she acknowledged Sumire was right and reflected on maybe NOT being so reckless so she doesnt cause something like Boruto losing his eye again? no.

When omnipotence happened Sarada completely gave up until Sumire snapped her out of it and got her to pull herself together, have we ever seen any semblance of Sarada acknowledging this or being grateful to Sumire for being by her side through all of this? no, go head find me any and I mean ANY panel of Sarada showing any form of gratitude towards Sumire for anything shes done, you cant do it cuz none exist.

When Sumire is literally SCREAMING at Sarada to be ok [after she was shocked by Hidari] Sarada has 0 reaction to her even after seeing Sumire get shocked herself, theres no concern, no sense of urgency to pull herself together to help her, and to make matters worse when she IS saved she completely gives all the credit to Boruto and disregards the efforts of everyone else who were trying to help her, Sumire got ZERO gratitude for her concern, neither did her own sensei, both of them had gotten badly hurt PROTECTING her and she just doesnt care

This is the most egregious one so Ima just let it speak for itself

Her comrades are fighting, losing, being strangled, ones literally dying and none of that gave her the motivation to fight

The only reason she activated her sharingan and then the MS was because Yodo told her that its ok to only use her power and fight for Boruto.

I dont think anything more needs to be said about that, Sarada is written as an awful friend and an ever worse comrade, she literally does not care about anything or anyone that isnt Boruto, meanwhile everybody BUT her cares about multiple ppl and not just one, shes literally the only one who gives this little of af about anybody except ONE person.

Again this isnt me just demonizing Sarada, this is how shes written, show me the page since Ikemoto has taken over the writing full time [since 55] show me any moment where shes shown caring about, thinking about, worrying about, fighting for, wanting to be stronger for, etc, just show me any panel of her giving af about anyone other than Boruto.

And no, I dont mean one off remarks like 'lord seventh is my role model' or just commenting on Sasuke believing her and barely reacting to her fathers situation, at best the one time she gave even a little bit of af was when she ran to get her fathers thorn soul but that was ONLY after Boruto had looked at it, but still, thats the only time she gave the tiniest bit of af for someone else and it was only because Boruto reminded her of it which is sad either way.

Show me the actual panels of her caring about anyone other than him, you cant do it and THATS the problem.

This sand mission is the first time Sarada ever actually THOUGHT about anything anyone has said to her, and the only reason she does is because Borutos related to it, this isnt the first time Sumire has said something to Sarada about her recklessness and went completely ignored, but when Borutos involved THEN she listens.

Dont believe it? look at the situation with Yodo, Sarada didnt budge on anything and was gonna let everyone including herself DIE until Yodo brought up BORUTO and only THEN did she finally help them.

I want you to realize just how bad this is, that all Sarada's friendships are utterly meaningless, hell all her bonds in general cuz she dont even care about her own parents, I want you to really let it sink in what an awful friend shes written to be now when Sarada used to be ALL about bonds and wanting to be there for others the way Naruto was for her.

You cant make me understand how this is supposed to be the same character, it aint. And its a shame her and Chochos friendship had to suffer for Ikemotos weird power fantasy harem MC he wanted to create because Boruto, as he himself said, was not an interesting character, and Im guessing this is his way of trying to rectify that by ruining everybody else, Sarada being the biggest victim, for him to shine and be 'interesting' now.

I guess nobody told Ikemoto that gary stus and boy obsessed heroines werent likeable outside of a very specific group of ppl, or maybe thats exactly who hes pandering to...we'll never know but regardless, I miss Sarada and Chochos friendship, but I could've been on board with her and Sumire too if not for it being written completely one sided.

Hello! I read your recent asks I want to thank you because you really have a very intense way to see the character of Kakashi in particular his connection to Sakura. I know that canonically they are just teacher and student, but most of the fandom can’t see anything more than that and neglect people who see some kind of love between them, even from Sakura who seems just sick of Sasuke and nothing else. Whether the author intended that or not, the way he wrote those characters made me imagine there was something more deep between the two of them when she grows up as a woman. The age gap is not so huge and she is now a woman with a child indeed. But I’m quite sure the story wasn’t written for them unfortunately. They will never be canon, and Kakashi will never be connected to her in Boruto. Actually I’m seeing their bond is going to disappear. Sakura is now completely on Sasuke and Sarada and Kakashi will have his own end single or with some other character. But even if they are endgame only in the fanfiction pieces I’m never going to regret thinking they had some kind of love, although the author may have sent those signals just by accident. thanks for your thoughts on that! It depends on ..how the authors can ...relate to Sakura and Kakashi ...in a relationship in the future! It really is the question ..what the authors want them to be. I agree with you ...Kakashi was always fond of Sakura ..even back when she were a teenager ...he had a special affection towards her ...we can see ..that he always has treated her ...different than the boys ..and thats a fact. But ..it shiftet ...and it all started ..after the seconed bell test ...where ..Sakura has shown her independence her growth and her strength to Kakashi. It impressed him deeply! And I think ..it goes even deeper than that ...you are right. Kakashi is good ..in hiding his true intentions ..and feelings. Thats ...what he learned ...especially in the ANBU. With nobody female other than Sakura ...he felt so at ease and comfy. Thats a fact and its canon. Nobody understood her so well ..than a Kakashi. He treated her always ....with affection and respect ..and admiration. He never critizised her. She is the only woman ..who he ...had somehow a friendship with. Thats the point. That is why ..I understand the growing fandom of Kakasaku believers. The other thing is ...that Kakashi is similar to Sasuke ...and he points that even out ..in some occassions. Just gonna throw this out there cuz its been a while and antis have gotten a lil too overconfident so Im just gonna give a little reality check and some hope to the fandom since its our month right now and so Im here to spread some positivity for our month, since I know antis would love to try and ruin it for us, I aint gon let em.

As much as antis will try to convince you guys that KawaSara is dead yatta yatta yatta dont buy it, its all gaslighting, their using the unknown to try and pretend its something definitive when there isnt

They try to tell you they hate eachother yet wheres any panel that shows this? when have either of them said they hate eachother? you wont find anything because it doesnt exist, they base it solely on the fact that they got mad over a disagreement [which Boruto did too but nobody said they hated eachother] and that he 'tried to kill her' [which he didnt it was a sparring match and he flat out says he wasnt tryin to kill anybody] and then their conflict in 78, which still doesnt count as Kawaki trying to kill her, he tried to SPARE her cuz his only target was Boruto, he told her not to intervene and she did anyway, and even after saying he was only giving her one chance he STILL gave her another chance to live instead of killing her and Boruto both, which he didnt have to do if he genuinely wanted to kill em both.

They try to use the timeskip chapters thus far as proof they hate eachother but notice how the timeskip conveniently hasnt let them interact at all let alone really even mention eachother? so how are antis convinced theres this deep hatred and hostility between them when they havent even interacted or said how they feel about eachother at this point in time?

And lastly they try to use their lack of interaction as a gotcha as well, but literally SS had the same exact issue, in case ppl forgot Sakura was away and didnt interact with Sasuke for 3 yrs straight, Sasuke was their enemy at the time and he had chosen to walk the dark path, and after their first reunion their interactions since then were few and far between and yet their an endgame ship, so why is it different for KawaSara? and the difference is Kawaki and Sarada actually have an even bigger advantage than SS did because they've been together in the same village for those entire 3 years, they very well could've had plenty of interactions off screen we're unaware of for all we know.

But antis will try to convince you that all of this is a bad thing, that this is all a ship ender, that theres no chance at all and its too far gone etc etc but like I said this is all gaslighting bs.

KawaSara isnt dead, far from it, and the reasons antis use for why the ship is sunk are all bs, they simply use the unknown [the assumption of no interaction, the assumption of them hating eachother, the assumption that Sarada doesnt/wont forgive Kawaki etc] but if you take a moment to really think about their points [or lack thereof] you'll see its them forging a narrative out of their own theories rather than whats actually canonly stated.

You could easily take Sasuke stabbing Naruto in the heart and nearly choking him to death as him hating Naruto and genuinely wanting him dead, but obviously that isnt the truth and we all know it, but could you make that argument? yea if you just look at everything at face value you can argue everytime Sasuke tried to kill Naruto it was out of hate and genuine want for him to be dead cuz he couldnt stand him, but again we all know thats false.

Its the same for KawaSara, you can easily argue at face value that they hate eachother based on surface level reading like 'he tried to kill her, they argued with eachother, they got into a fight, that means they hate eachother' but anybody with critical thinking skills and being objective can tell that no, thats not the case, theres way more nuance than that.

So anyway to cap this off, dont let the antis get to you and dont fall for their bs, their gaslighting you with the unknown because their scared of what their ACTUAL thoughts and feelings about eachother actually are and WHAT kind of interactions they possibly had over this time and what interactions they WILL have in the future, so heed my words when I tell you this...

Their not confident in the unknown they try to gaslight you with, their actually terrified of it, because literally anything could happen right now and they know it and it scares the hell out of them because just as Ikemoto could reveal that yea they despise eachother now, he could also reveal their actually cordial but Sarada obviously doesnt agree with his methods and is working against him regardless, no different than Naruto and Sakura disagreeing with Sasuke and working against him.

Im not claiming to know exactly where the story is headed [unlike some ppl] but I can make educated guesses based on experience and knowledge of many tropes and how their used etc but thats a topic for another post.

In conclusion, dont let them fool you by pretending that they have the upper hand here, they dont and they know it, until we get any real info/insight on whats happened between Kawaki and Sarada over this timeskip its anybodys game at this point so dont lose hope and dont listen to the haters.

Trust me when I say its not over yet, I cant convince you to believe me, but I hope you can atleast trust my judgement because I havent been wrong yet, and if you think I have well just look at this old bingo card I made way back about what would be changed/removed in the anime and how much of it I actually got right vs what I didnt

This was early in the Kawaki arc btw that I wrote these, completey forgot about I had made it, came across it again months later and realized just how much I got right.

This was after the Boruto death chapter and everyone was theorizing how everyones gonna react to his 'death' etc and I saw from a mile away none of that was gonna happen and it was all gonna be resolved and sped past in a single chapter tops and rushed right into the next plotline and guess what? I called all of that, only thing I didnt get exactly right was the Kawaki and Hina and Hima thing since they didnt even show him interacting with them after that so...didnt exactly get it wrong, it just wasnt shown so we dont know what happened between them fr fr.

I have more moments of me calling the future but this gets the point across enough, I cant force you to trust me nor am I trying to, just saying if you were unsure if you could just take my word for it like those 'trust me bro' sources, I wanted to assure you that Im not and that I really DO be knowing what Im talking about.

Anyway, its up to you from here, trust me or dont trust me if you want, but just know antis are only talkin shit like they are now because their scared now more than ever but hey dont take my word for it, lets see how this goes.

Note: How does any of this relate to Ksu and Kda? because antis insisted Sumire was gonna fake liking Kawaki because of omnipotence to hide from Ada that shes unaffected only for her not to hide it at all, and antis tried to argue that Kawaki and Ada will work together now and he'll get closer to her over time only for them not to be working together in the slightest and for them to be just as distant as they were before. 6. is there any other muse in this fandom you’d like to RP?

Oh wow, do I ever.

I actually have other characters in the fandom that I RP like Nohara Rin (who I have to get posts done for.), but there's probably 2 characters whom I want to try RPing again, try to see if I can do them justice. Back then, when I picked them up, there were very little information to be had so I had to go with what we know and see of them from both anime and manga. That time, back in the early 20's, I dont believe canon-divergence was a very common thing because the moment you stray away from the meta, you're automatically persecuted for being out of character even when you technically arent. RPing these days is great because you have more liberty to take your character where you want them to go based on your headcanons and interpretations without them being less of who they are. Because people are more understanding that a difference in interpretation doesnt necessarily make the character OOC (unless it's really apparent that they are. And people can tell.)

So going back, these two characters are-- well, I guess you could say they are actually three:

Pein, Nagato, and Konan.

I had the chance to RP both Pein and Konan back when forum RPing is a thing. Nagato wasn't a thing then so we just knew Pein as this orange haired Akatsuki leader who was out there trying to gather all the Bijuu. Because there was so little to go by, I really feel like I didnt do either of them justice so I hope to be able to play them again some day, albeit after more research. But first and foremost, I want to try and RP Nagato because I do find his character interesting. I like the way he interpreted how the concept of pain makes a person grow, and how he sacrificed everything for that ideal, and ultimately in order to protect those who meant the world to him...which eventually branched out to the citizens of Amegakure.

Lol, apparently I also like characters who carry deep trauma and who gets lost along the way, so there's that aspect.

30. what are your favorite RP tropes to play? (angst, hurt-comfort, etc…)

Angst is definitely at the top here. In my private roleplays with friends, as well as in my fanfic writing, I do give Kiomi a lot of angst...mostly because my main interpretation for her which follows the anime/manga timeline deals with her having A LOT of regret. Having ran away from herself, deciding to let cowardice fester in her heart, she's stuck in a limbo and can't move forward. So she does a lot of things to try and recompense thinking that it'll bring her peace, but it doesnt. She can't let go of the past, she cant forgive herself, and so she ends up pretending that she's alright with how things turned out. Lies however can only go so far. Which is why, which is why, which is why, I do enjoy my current dynamic for her in terms of her interaction with Kashin Koji. (I'll definitely write a drabble at some point.) Because he helps her make sense of herself. Life lessons part two at the hands of someone a little more unforgiving. She has a hard time lying to him because he calls her bluff and bullies challenges her to quit being such a wuss. I really do hate the fact that this girl often gets bullied into action, but I found her morale is boosted when she's rallied to a cause by a rival or someone who thinks rather little of her. Because she's a pretty sore loser at the core, so she ends up working her butt off to prove them wrong. In this case, she doesnt want Kashin Koji’s approval, she just wants him off her back.

I also like fluff, but it's very hard to RP that with Kiomi because she's so... eh with her emotions when it comes to people. Which is where the slow burn tropes come in. I enjoy building relationships for Kiomi so that everything feels more organic for her. Almost everything with her starts with a lie, and eventually, depending on how things pan out, becomes a truth. It also gives me more drama to work with when she realizes she's grown attach to someone. I do enjoy it when she learns about her own feelings, how that side of her that got buried with her family comes rushing out the surface. Because despite everything, she's a pretty good girl. Just raised in less forgiving circumstances that doesn't afford her the luxury to be kind all the time.

Frenemy tropes. As much as I love giving Kiomi good friends who she share intimate, almost familial bonds with... I really like toxic friendships that starts from being enemies to eventually being comrades with mutual benefits (nothing sexual, she's gonna run). Like for example, how her odd, normally one-sided rivalry with Sasuke turned out to them becoming friends somewhere in Boruto's generation. I say friend, but she has never ever given up on her quest to defeat him (which she hasnt been able to accomplish at all), but at least it's evolved to "I'll beat you up one day!" from, "I'll kill you!". They're at a level of comfort where Kiomi can jab a sarcastic joke at Sasuke and she doesnt end up getting barbecued by him. I'm 100% certain he thinks she's a nuisance, but at least one whom he can sort of leave his back to. (Of course, Sasukes whom I do not know do not need to share this interpretation if we do interact, unless they too agree to it. But one thing is always constant with Kiomi, and that she will always have hate and envy for him because of being Orochimaru's favorite.)

Top of my head these three are my favorite tropes.

38. what’s the best inspiration for your muse?

Jiraiya and his teachings inspired her so much the real her got dragged out.

Kidding aside, this is a good question. She doesn't really find a lot of things to be too inspiring, but if ever one existed, then it's probably anger and fear. The self loathing she feels for not being good enough inspires her to do better so that she'd be good enough to be someone's first choice. Because ultimately, she just wants to be useful in order to feel like she earned her place within her lord's ranks. And at the start of her adventure, because she owes Orochimaru her life, all she really wanted was to be the perfect shinobi tool that’d serve as his sword and shield no matter the circumstance. Alas, not so.

The fear of having to go through the things she experienced as a child inspires her to grow stronger so that she'll never have to go through it again (but she does). She dislikes loss, that's why if Kiomi can help it, she wont form too many attachments that can hinder her judgement (but she ended up gaining them anyway). She believes that being an emotionless tool is the best course of action (but she still has so many emotions that she cant keep under wraps). This girl has quite a bit of contradiction, which is fun to play out because it leads to her true personality showing, the one at least, that's not always shrouded in lies.
