already googling 'how to quit a job you just started' and it's all stuff about quitting like, corporate jobs and how to avoid being blacklisted, and it's like damn son I'm never putting this on my resume anyway, it's only been a fucking week

#kite rambles #feel very shitty but like #a barista job should NOT be causing me this kind of distress #CERTAINLY not for less than 11$ an hour #like this is close to the level of distress teaching was causing last october what the fuck is wrong with me #dad suggested a parts courier position maybe I'll go try to nab something like that #have a psych appointment tomorrow going to mention it I guess :/#just feels weird #feels pathetic #I know it's not #I know that not everyone is capable of every job #but still it feels bad #honestly one of the biggest things is that I don't get breaks #how can any place honestly have people on their feet for 7+ hours without a goddamn break?#and no one has said anything about insurance either #it was in the employee handbook but no one has brought it up what's up with that #and that whole no pto until after 4 years is also still mindboggling #I should not have accepted the position at all it was pure desperation #I feel like I should be able to quit a desperation job without 2 weeks' notice maybe #I'm sorry I'm rambling so much lately I think it's the exhaustion #thank you for reading so much <3<3
