are you talking about akiomi's obsession over jin throughout their time at yumenosaki or just the time akiomi legitimately fell in love with him because he was crossdressing bc ohhhhhhhh boy

akiomi followed jin from when he started hearing about him. he enrolled in yumenosaki to chase after him. akiomi had such an admiration for jin you could call it love. the thing about akiomi was that he just wanted to be loved, more than just for his looks as a model, and saw jin as such a loved figure that he wanted that for himself. he wanted to see jin come along as he progressed as an idol and became the super idol he was, and took it upon himself to see that jin stayed on the straight path (which he still rarely did). akiomi didn't seek approval from jin per say, but he was thrilled by his attention and feedback. there's a lot to suggest that jin and akiomi had such a deep connection for one another growing up. i see it as a form of love. jin wouldn't want akiomi to become the next super idol if he didn't see the potential.

and akiomi's actual proven crush. oh my god. long ago, akiomi had a nasty habit of staying too long at school to train. he would even stay at capsule hotels after staying too long at school. him really worried for his wellbeing, so he decided to scare him into thinking there's a ghost in yumenosaki. he dressed sort of like the ring, a long black haired woman. except akiomi saw him as a beautiful lady and even confessed to him that he loved him. akiomi is so embarrassed by it now, but jin still keeps a picture of where he crossdressed, which makes akiomi even MORE embarrassed.
