people are so quick to blame teachers on literally everything and then wonder why there is a national shortage of teachers and support staff in schools lol

#but when we all walk out and quit its gonna be a problem ohhh ok #a lot of parents just see school as a 8 hr free day care and dont follow up with their kids abt their grades or their progress at allll #and two years of shoddy online learning has definitely widened the gap of where kids should be knowledge wise.#most kids arent on grade level in most subjects #but! you will all blame the underfunded and overworked teachers instead #education
