also I simply think more attention should be given to the nightmare arlin that tried to kill chip bc. the fuck was going on with that
#both in canon bc hhhoughg love seeing that bitch have bad feelings#but also in fan circles? grizz even says chips feels he isn’t Making This Up that it COULD BE REAL#and. we know arlin is somewhere unavailable but suffering. surely repeatedly fighting/killing/being killed by Chip would count#bc then the reality is either somehow that IS arlin. or it’s a manifestation of Chip’s brain (that even he can’t recognize as such)#(like he did w the graveyard he ‘woke’ up in)#and that speaks So Much to whatever the fuck is going on in his brain and his relationship w arlin#dream arlin wanted to see Chip he thought Chip would kill him he wanted him to stay away he was afraid of hurting chip#arlin says CHIP isn’t real. that chip is gonna kill him ‘again’ and he isn’t real and he attacks#idk I haven’t consolidated my thoughts and doing so in tags isn’t the best place#bc I can’t. edit things easily#but I’m sure thinking about it!#jrwi#og post
