First "Mini" Shift

It was around 2 pm, on a pretty much "ordinary" afternoon for me. I was feeling quite motivated yet tired, but still persevered. I Laid down opposite of how I normally would, so head to where my feet usually lay and vise versa, with this meditation playing on my headphones

I used to struggle with keeping up with guided meditations as I used to have a hard time concentrating (I've overcome this by practicing my meditation skills) , this one time was no different I was maybe 10 minutes or so into this meditation, I got to this state where I felt really sleepy, I was just letting my thoughts run while Alunir's voice was kind of in the background.

From one moment to the other I was staring at the Hokage mountain/rock

it all happened so suddenly and quickly, no symptoms no bright light no nothing I was just there, but for only ten seconds approximately as once I realized where I was and what I was looking at, I took a deep breath and got startled, thus coming back to this reality.

And that's pretty much it! this used to be my closest attempt, until recently I have been getting really good progress/attempts, I'm so close to "fully" shifting I know it!
