WHAT ARE THOSE?⠀ ⠀ Apples come in green, red, and rose⠀ Their sweet taste worthy of prose ⠀ I don’t know where to begin...⠀ But apples with yellow skin,⠀ I must ask you all, WHAT ARE THOSE?⠀ ⠀ —⠀ ⠀ I recorded a podcast with @anneelizabethrd last week (which was so much fun) and she shared with me that she really enjoyed my poetry. So now I’m inspired to bring it back a bit. ⠀ ⠀ I love Gala apples best. I like most apples in general, except for yellow apples, they’re not my preference. They’re too soft and I love my apples crunchy. ⠀ ⠀ Apples are a great way to add fruit into your day. They’re small, last forever in the fridge, require zero prep (if you’re down for biting into one whole), and come in a variety of flavors. Day 10 of #NationalNutritionMonth is here! And I’m curious - QUESTION ➡️❓Have you learned anything cool about nutrition in these past ten days? If so, where did you come across it and what was it (I want to learn too!)❓Let me know! ⤵️ ▫️ I’ve personally learned a lot (some not directly nutrition related). 🤭 1️⃣ The insta Dietitian community is this cool online family. Thanks for all of the help, advice and conversation @libbyrothschild @sam_the_dietitian @victoriaeatonrd @kimrosedietitian @encouragingdietitian @mrrdietitian @andytherd @adietitiansmission @eatingwithadietitian @anneelizabethrd and so many more I may have forgotten 💯 2️⃣ It really does take about a year for a business to get rolling. I started April 2017 and I am just seeing the growth and reach that I want. (alhamdulilah) 😊 3️⃣ I jumped on the probiotic bandwagon and yes my bowels are moving regularly and I am feeling better. Whole foods first though, so I’m drinking kefir rather than supplementing. 💊 4️⃣ I’ve rediscovered that pears are one of my very favorite fruits! 🍐 ▫️ Ok your turn!
