Jordan James "JJ" Matthews:

Jordan is Art's only son, whom he had with his last wife, Layla, on June 4th, 2005 (making him 18 years old in 2023). His middle name is after James. He's a lot like Art in that he's autistic and plays guitar, and while he likes being part of the Foxes Family and going to the gigs, he doesn't see himself being in a band because he wants to be a stop-motion animator, so he's at university to study media and animation so that he can do that. He made the stop-motion music video for a newer song called A Quiet Life - which features Art's Sooty and a bunch of cuddly toys that represent Tim, James, and Frank getting together and playing a show. Art's very proud of him and loves him to death. After his and Layla's divorce, JJ stayed with Art until his more recent move to university in Sheffield.

Suzy Timothee Martin-Thomas:

Suzy is Frank and James' adopted daughter - her birthday is January 25th, 2006 and her 'gotcha day' is February 1st, 2006. When they'd adopted her, she hadn't been named yet, so they decided to name her Suzy and gave her the middle name Timothee after Tim (who was so honoured by this that he cried). She's autistic as well, with Odd Foxes being her special interest (obviously). She was 17 when Frank died and while she was already really close to James, it only made them closer - she refuses to leave his side and has even taken up her father's mantel as the Foxes' new bassist in his honour, given he'd taught her and the band needed a new, trusted bassist who knew all the songs inside and out. James is very protective of her - especially on tour. Her style is an amalgamation of all four Foxes because she's worn her dads' clothes since she was fifteen and had Tim and Art help her with certain fabric comforts and sensory-positive makeup.

Since you asked so nicely, fren... How about: more Azz lore?

During his recovery time after The Incident with Cerberus, he taught himself to draw and paint with watercolours because he was bored stiff and wasn't really allowed out of his room without supervision because of how badly he was injured. He spent nearly a year in AWO's hospital wing because of how bad he was and was mostly confined to his room there until he could walk the short distance to the bathroom without any kind of help, so he developed a really intricate and detailed style with his art - preferring to draw buildings and trees because that's literally all he could really see outside his window. He still does that now when he's in his isolation stage of his full moon prep/post-full moon ritual and likes drawing/painting the full image of his window(s) and what he sees directly out of it because, in his mind, it shows exactly how slowly time passes. He has hundreds of these drawings in a full bookshelf of sketchbooks and has only ever shown them to Gray and Rhys. He tells them that it's nice to actually have something to look at that doesn't have bars across it or a concrete wall on the other side because that's all he ever saw (outside of the odd field trip) growing up in the Puppy Pen.

Azz is the only one of his Puppy Pen group to not have completely changed his legal name after his 18th birthday. While Tyson and Ben (his 'brothers') both changed their original names after they were 'let loose' at 18, Azz kept his original legal name (Aralt Coffey) and simply introduced himself to everyone as Azz instead because he didn't want to deal with the paperwork... Nor have his gerry-rigged collar inspected in the process.

I just wanted to say: Always post more of your work. It is obvious to anyone who might come across it that your works are a labor of love and that you are wholeheartedly making them the best they can be. Your creativity is inspiring, and I hope you never ever give up.

Oh, man, Anon... Thank you so much! You've no idea how much that means to me, really and truly. I've been doing this sort of thing since I was 11 years old and it always fills me with joy to know that people even like my work at all, because I do put a lot of love and effort into it (especially when it comes to writing my characters as though they were real, living and breathing people) and, sometimes, it feels like I'm doing a bit too much, so I'm really glad it comes across that I really do love what I write/make. I've no plans to give this up, don't worry -- writing's basically all I do and it gives me a sense of purpose, so if I gave it up, it'd be like losing all sense of direction (I did take a break a while back after an incident when I wrote fanfic where someone had plagiarised my writing and I was just lost, but I picked it up again and kept doing it so I could keep my sanity and, ngl, to spite that person lmao) and I hope the inspiration is helpful! In terms of just James:

Has been playing the drums since he was about 6 years old and when he was in his teens, he played in a handful of rock and punk bands which is what eventually led him to get a job as a drum tech for The Wretcheds.

His favourite book of all time is The War Of The Worlds by H.G. Wells -- and, yes, he does own an original copy of the Jeff Wayne Musical concept album on vinyl, it was the first record he'd ever bought with his own money.

In 2023 his handle on literally everything is @/JamesMart because he thought it'd be funny to refer to himself as a cheap supermarket online. He's usually the one to reply to fans but he is quick to block people if they test his patience/push on his boundaries.

In terms of just Frank:

He doesn't like it very much when people ask why he's always got a bag on him. It's his much-needed, and very important, kit bag that carries his diabetes gear in it and the reason why he doesn't like it is because of how a magazine writer mocked him for it in 1992.

His favourite chocolate bar is a Marathon (aka: Snickers, he refuses to call it by its "new" name).

While he does like heavy metal, he thinks that a lot of metal guitarists are "poncy show-off posers" - and given how some of them come from upper/middle-class backgrounds with access to money while he grew up in a poor, working-class family, you can't really blame him for thinking that.

In terms of them as a couple:

Frank is most often the little spoon while James prefers to be the big spoon.

They spent their honeymoon in Japan, which is James' favourite place in the world, and Frank purposely picked dates so that they'd be there during the Sakura Festival because of how much James loves seeing the cherry trees in bloom.

James likes to snuggle up against Frank on the sofa and read while Frank watches his TV shows. He especially likes it when Frank asks him about his book during ad breaks.
