Hari 4. Antique Pool. 👸 Masih dalam satu kawasan Kota Tua Hierapolis, terdapat kolam pemandian unik. Antique Pool atau Kolam Cleopatra. Konon Cleopatra pernah berenang di sini. Katanya lagi, air kolamnya berkhasiat membuat awet muda, hehe. 👸 Kenapa kolam ini unik? Karena desainnya yang dibuat seperti bekas reruntuhan bangunan. Kolom-kolom dibiarkan terbenam di dasar kolam renang. Jadi harus ekstra hati-hati kalau ga bisa terbentur, hehe. 👸 Kalau ingin berenang di kolam antik ini, harus bayar tiket lagi. Sebesar TL 50/pax. Tapi kalau mau lihat-lihat saja dari atas kolam, ga perlu bayar alias gratis. Jangan lupa bawa baju renang. Pamukkale is a surreal natural wonder of rippling semi-circular, pure-white travertines that sit among green farming fields. This white mountain is one of Turkey's most photogenic spots and one of the country's most famous landmarks. For many visitors, it's a must-do on their Turkey travels.

travertine The dazzling white calcite cliff of Pamukkale was created by calcium deposits from the area's hot springs. In the same way that stalactites form within limestone caves, the deposits grow on the steep slopes, gradually fanning out to form natural terraces.

#heirapolis Built during the reigns of the Roman Emperors Hadrian and Septimius Severus, the theater is incredibly well-preserved.

Cleopatra’s Pool, Hierapolis. Yes, those are ancient Roman ruins in that pool! 🏛💦 Supposedly the Egyptian pharaoh swam here back in her day. We spent an hour or two soaking in the warm spring water, it was very refreshing! You could definitely taste the minerals 😝 And the visibility was amazing. It would trick us on the depth in some places - the bottom would look closer than it really was.
