Ah~ Another day another less than 4hrs of sleep
#ghost posts#wake up at least every 2hrs#never got over the constant alert phase apparently#anyway I feel like I’m slowly decaying and have half a conscious grasp on reality#if I had a full nights sleep I would be so powerful#the time I took a double dose of sleep aid and slept for 15hrs does not count#I have a tiny bit of prescription sleep meds left but I save those for very bad nights#where I’m about to go crazy from lack of sleep
