I can’t quite describe why, but if I had to convey the essence of Brennan Lee Mulligan in ten words it would be
“You see the ancestral manor of the Ogre of Carabas.”
#mine#d20#dimension 20#dimension 20: neverafter#drop out#brennan lee mulligan#it’s something about the juxtaposition of ‘ancestral manor’ and ‘ogre’#just that completely unexpected pairing of words#while staying perfectly in genre#and the high fantasy vibes of it all#and the way ‘ancestral’ makes it sound like really ancient well established folklore#instead of something a 30 year old came up with in 2022#which I think is one of Brendan’s biggest strengths as a GM/story-teller#creating brand new worlds that feel lived in and vibrant in a way that usually takes generations to establish#i’m rambling#anyway…. watch the newest season of D20

hi angel i remembered you were into d20 (maybe still are..?) and i wanted to tell you that ive recently started watching fantasy high :D !!! and im like. OBSESSED. i like it so much. im only 3 episodes in but i really really like it!!
Still am omg !!! I haven't been posting about it but I'm very excited to live(ish) blog the newest season (I will tag it. Spoilers)
Anyway I'm SO glad you like it I'm trying to get everyone into FH honestly. It's sequel season is some of my favorite media of all time and if you have any thoughts as you go through I'd love to hear em :D
