took a bunch of clothes to my mom's to wash them since my washing machine is still down and she said 'ill do it dw about it' and threw my favourite white top in with the colours. i no longer have a favourite white top :)

#and i cant even be mad at her because her husband is dead #lol and lmao #anyway the top is now the ugliest greyish minty colour and it looks horrible #normally i wouldnt mind. like there were two white tops and the other also got dyed and idc #but this one had a more unique idc shape? whatever you call that. and it was one of the very few crop tops #that really made me feel good about my body. like not even 'ok i guess i dont look like something that crawled out of a garbage bin'#but genuinely 'good'#and it feels so stupid to be this upset over such a small thing but i feel like ive been at the very limit for the last few days #with everyone fucking crying around me #that this genuinely feels like a tragedy to me rn lol #anyway im being nice and i keep saying its no big deal and nvm but ig you can see that im upset #so now SHE'S mad that I'M mad even tho im not even being a bitch about it im just Sad lol #kms #anyway i feel like shit and it all feels so overwhelming and to think that ill have to spend the long weekend in may here too #my dad and his gf will be at my place in wrocław going to concerts cause there's some sort of festival #all my friends will be chilling and having fun #and i cant even go to prague or vice versa because ill have to be here. having the time of my life with my mother and my grandpa #losing my mind and getting panick attacks in the bathroom lol

add “friday night parties” to the list of things I am NOT gonna miss about living in a dorm… I mean noisy neighbors were already on there but this specifically bothers me on so many levels

#see normally I’d just put on my noise cancelling headphones and it’d be whatever but #I am so determined not to fuck up my piercing #and I really don’t wanna tell them to shut up bc it sounds like they’re having fun and I’m in an especially too nice for my own good mood #and! I do genuinely earnestly want them to have fun. I am NOT a hater!! just bc I never got to do any sort of partying and never really #wanted to anyway doesn’t mean I’m gonna project that onto anyone else #but on the other hand friday nights specifically are sacred to me #as the first night of the weekend where I get to sleep in and the first night I don’t have to worry about assignments due the next morning #and also as a kind of religious thing #I don’t really observe shabbat anymore but I never was able to get used to the friday night = party time association #and I don’t particularly want to!! friday nights are for chillin and I like it that way.#anyway all this to say I am trying to enjoy my chill evening and there is NOISE and I’m not gonna do anything about it (at least #until Official Quiet Hours start) but I absolutely will complain #I convinced my mom to get a library card and give me the number so I can read books on libby #(would have gotten one myself but idk if I qualify for one at the library near my school and I’ll be gone in a few months anyway)#and now I am TRYING to read lockwood & co book 1 #(yes it is technically a middle grade series. yes I am twenty two years old. if the show is anything to go by it’s a more accurate #portrayal of teenagers than any media I consumed as an actual teen. let me live)#but alas. The Noise #and yeah I know noisy neighbors are not exclusively a dorm thing but I can’t imagine a normal apartment will be nearly this bad #also to be clear this is not a weekly occurrence #I don’t actually think these particular neighbors have given me any issues before #which is part of why I’m feeling so patient with them… probably too patient tbh #I should probably delete this later #probably shouldn’t post it at all but oh well. what’s the point of life if you can’t share every minor annoyance with #a bunch of strangers on the internet?#screams into the void

༺✹༻ I JUST COMPLETED MY FIRST WEEK OF my new job. i can say that i absolutely adored it. it was long and exhausting, but it was fulfilling. i get to be a part of something so much bigger now that i'm in the mental health field. my soul is warm and as is my body, because it was 90 degrees pretty much all week and i spent 80% of my time outside.

that being said, i haven't done a lot of writing . . . i do apologize. i have been busy and tired and juggling my new schedule. but this weekend . . . brace yourselves, I'M COMING FOR YOU. rhaenys and my other blog will be on the prowl.

seriously, i promise i'll write. pinky swearsies.

but . . . bottom line, i'm really happy ? ? ? my last job i was really miserable and just not okay mentally or physically, but now i feel better ? ? ? i feel like i have a purpose, more than just living day to day.

that being said i have three different certifications to finish by the end of the year and collectively it'll be over 1k and ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

i am so happy i will be in colorado tomorrow instead of putting up with this awful ass warm weather georgia has so hatefully given us this week

#i’m finally doing that trip to the stanley hotel i was going to do like 2 years ago #i’m double boosted and had my flu shot #i’m wearing a mask everywhere #and given that i’m mostly going to be in a hotel room chilling with some ghosts #i think it’ll be okay #also i think it’s supposed to snow today in estes park so i am excited #only downside is i get back on my birthday on Monday and it’s going to be 80 degrees so :/#maybe i can bring cooler weather back with me #anyway i’ve been up since 6 am trying to get caught up on work #since i’m the only person at my job who has to be a week ahead on all my shit in order to take a week off #but i’m aaaaalmost done and then i can finally start enjoying my vacation!!#should probably pack my stuff at some point today too……#we’ll get there!!#for now a leetle break because if i do another chart right now i’m going to scream :3 #also i’m already clocked out for the day anyway but y’know #aaaanyway hope everyone has a good weekend coming up!!

finished maybe my last ever spring break by going to two parties over the weekend and then monday classes immediately remind me that the last half of the semester is gonna be approximately five times as much work as the first half AND i need to start looking for jobs

#is it too late to quit #i’m 95% of the way there but will i survive and is it worth it #🥴#ANYWAY #we went to a costume party out at Books’ rich friend’s family's empty ~country estate~ and stayed out way too fucking late last night #and i underestimated how hard these people would commit to the bit #they’re mostly former and current theater geeks and dnd nerds so i should have known but oof. girl i have never felt so acutely underdresse #but there was also a treasure hunt i love a party with ACTIVITIES #and there was a very good dog #and good exploring through empty buildings. and we were far enough from the city that i actually got to see the stars #the other party was just a little tea party but it was so fun!! girl gang shit #oh also last weekend i took Books to MY friend’s party #so it was the first time some of them got to put a face to the. well the nickname. and the raunchy stories lmao #anyway anyway. i’m glad the first half of the semester was chill enough for me to spend so much time with Books and other friends #bc these next eight weeks might kill me dead lmao

i miss my boyfriend! im so excitied i get to call him that now and its frankly homophobic that we are both working all week and dont get to see each other til sunday!!!!!!
