Is it safe to assume that this is what his office looks like? He is already Vice Chief of the Warrior Unit here... so this can't be too near from when they returned to Marley. After all, the brass won't just throw that position at him for having failed the operation. So this could be somewhere during their 4 year war with the Mid-East Alliance.

It could be a waiting room too, but there are documents scattered on the table. So it's either an office or personal quarters... but they are in Liberio, and he has a house there with his mom... the former moreso the latter.

Willing to becha that gramophone is bugged too.

Also, not Reiner spacing out when he is alone thinking of what happened in Paradis. I feel this is too common for him.

But also, these clothes.

The outer coat doesn't look very military standard... so perhaps it's part of his personal wardrobe. The inners though look very similar to the combat issued uniform that Marley has. I dunno if it's the lighting that's making it less white than it should be or if it really is just a piece of clothing that looks similar. The shape, form, and structure looks very close. It's just missing the Eldian pin which can be remove, either way. And then the inner shirt can be part of his personal attire as well. Pants, from this angle also looks like the one that comes with their military issued uniform, along with the boots.

Makes me wonder if this is his few moments of solitude before preparing for a mission...

Ok, so here are some pictures I’ve taken of a few of Levi and Hange’s interactions during the mission to go to the ocean in AoT2. If you thought he was being overprotective already during the ocean scene, it shows even more during this mission!

So in the first two pics you can see Levi pretty much yelling at her to stay away from a swarm of titans.

Pic 3 he notices a signal flare and freaks out when he realizes it’s coming from Hange’s direction. No, seriously guys...Throughout the entire mission any time anyone’s flare goes off he says the typical generic dialog “A flare? I can’t ignore it./have to help.” etc. but when it’s Hange’s? He nearly loses it.

Then you see in pic 4 the FIRST thing he does when he gets there is ask if she’s okay. Pic 5-6 she accepts his help and compliments him. Then in pic 7...I can’t help but get chivalry-type vibes from this.

Now, I personally think Levi was always overprotective of Hange. Just that he was in denial about it. Now it seems as though he’s allowing it to show to some extent. He seems more honest here.

Bonus: You see how I’m heading for Flock? I kid you not I failed that side mission right after this moment and found it hilariously ironic...

Not the game crushing my headcanon of him healing REALLY slow. But that's fine. *Likes challenges* That just gives me more to think about.

BUT SERIOUSLY. CAN'T WE JUST GET SOMETHING THAT IS WARRIORCENTRIC THAT STARTS FROM LITERALLY HERE. I WILL SELL MY SOUL.

ISAYAMA-SENSEI, I WILL SELL MY SOUL. Or like, if the games ever continue and give us a campaign that starts in Marley, I will throw my money at Koei, ω-Force and whoever will produce it.
