Do NOT let this discourage you from getting vaccinated for anything, but if you are the type of person who's body reacts strongly to vaccination you might want to space out your covid booster and flu shot by a few days rather than getting them at the same time
Like I'll probably do it again next year cause its so much more convenient but I am not having a great time atm
#so my flu shot injection site was sore immediately but nothing from the covid side at first#went back to work and 2 hours later a migraine started#like clockwork#that has been the timeline for almost every vaccine ive gotten the last few years#apparently your immune system acting up for any reason can trigger migraines if youre already prone to them#if you are you probably already know that#anyway#went home and slept it off#woke up feeling tired but alright#went to get groceries#while carrying the groceries in my covid inject site started to hurt like a mf#within a few minutes i had nausea and chills and body aches#none of which ive gotten from the covid vaccine or flu vaccine before#usually just a sore arm and fatigue and in recent years a migraine#so i imagine all this extra crap is the combined forces#still better than getting the flu or covid
