Like I'll probably do it again next year cause its so much more convenient but I am not having a great time atm
#so my flu shot injection site was sore immediately but nothing from the covid side at first#went back to work and 2 hours later a migraine started#like clockwork#that has been the timeline for almost every vaccine ive gotten the last few years#apparently your immune system acting up for any reason can trigger migraines if youre already prone to them#if you are you probably already know that#anyway#went home and slept it off#woke up feeling tired but alright#went to get groceries#while carrying the groceries in my covid inject site started to hurt like a mf#within a few minutes i had nausea and chills and body aches#none of which ive gotten from the covid vaccine or flu vaccine before#usually just a sore arm and fatigue and in recent years a migraine#so i imagine all this extra crap is the combined forces#still better than getting the flu or covid

what’s up with me and plane crashing dreams. perhaps my life long obsession with the show air crash investigations is hitting or smth
#this is the second time in a row#I slept like four hours but i still managed to dream something#and I dreamed all of this between this post and my last reblog.#basically it all started that I was reading a post (idk if it was Twitter) of a woman saying that she had to wait for 3 hours on a airplane#for the bathroom to free and she had to stay awake the entire time#and a moment later I was on that plane too. watching her. I was about to return to my seat (I think). also i was in first class. the only#way I’ll ever experience it) but OUT OF THE NOWHERE my last year surpervisor for an expo and her husband (which I saw once a picture) stand#up. and she starts screaming something about “something sweet coming for women”…? I have no idea what that means. but all the women/girls#on the airplane stand up (they were all sleeping before) and start to crowd in front of me and i start to feel like we are going down. DOWN.#and we were in fact. going down. crashing. and I was scared as hell so while everyone was laughing/celebrating (???) I was screaming of#horror. but just before we crash I wake up and I’m in my bed (but I know I’m still dreaming. because it’s like a slow downloading of the#image). I wake up and I decided I’m late for school (which i don’t have) and I get ready quickly and I march in full force to the bus statio#then I realize there is no school and I’m outside at 5am. I found a supermarket cart and idk why but I take it with me and only when I get#home I realize that the supermarket is nowhere close to my house (like irl) and now I have a freacking shipping cart and I decided to park#it in my garage#and then my mom woke me up as my alarm for 7am went off.#I feel like by brain has been fucked. gn today is such a bad day and its not even 11 am
#sophie’s idle chatter#long rant abt my great morning ->#stayed up until 2 am writing my project that still isnt even done (500 wc out of the 2000 wc) but had to give in the hard copy today#then i was like ‘well i can take a nap and wake up at 4 am to do some more!’#woke up at 4 am. had an existential crisis. cried. went back to sleep#then i slept through my morning alarm and banged my head on my desk when i tried to turn the plug off#couldnt eat breakfast and cried like… 3 times to the train station#basically no one handed their project in bc none of us finished and he was v passive aggressive (disappointed aha)#and only me and four others actually turned smth in#and while we were doing our eng lang test (diversity in women and mens language) he kept sighing while going through our hard copies#anyway im now on the train home with a massive headache and the want for the world to swallow me whole#and i have biology later. where i havent done the hw bc ive been stressing over this projects 2nd draft.#……#anywho lemsip my bestie im coming soon hahahshsb#and 3.5 update ;w;#probably delete later. idk. ughfhdjs

gm im awake which means i have every right to complain
im so so tired
#i slept perfectly fine BUT i also went to work yesterday and made dinner and later went to a meeting then played cards then we went swimming#then i came home and showered. so i did a LOT of stuff yesterday even tho i was tired and really wanted to nap after dinner#unsurprisingly. when i use all my energy im tired the day after. who wouldve thought#luckily today im off work so i can nap all i want until 6 when we have art group#i have to be in the cafe tomorrow at work tho so im hoping a whole day of doing absolutely nothing will help#at most i might do one load of laundry so my fav pants are clean. was gonna wait w that but my work shirt also needs to be washed#talkies

I really do think I need to work on the fact that whenever I don’t get enough sleep and/or am prematurely awoken by something I act like a fucking banshee
#it’s the real reason i can never have kids. sleep deprivation turns me into those screaming women in midsommar#my mom used to send the family dog to wake me up for school because she knew i’d never yell at him#literally animals are the only exception to this i have found. i have never been mad at kim OR mabel for waking me#(or cali when she slept on my bed sometimes and would prod me to make sure i was still alive#OR boris when he’d run on his wheel at 3am <3)#oh i do want to harm the seagulls when THEY wake me up. but i don’t do it obviously#i’m just ridiculously cranky and emotional when i’m tired. it’s like the floodgates open#i just cease to care what i say or do anymore it’s very bad#me and my friend were comparing our sleep times for last night according to fitbit and mine was 8hrs 5mins#hers was ONE HOUR AND SIXTEEN MINUTES i was like.. how did you even make it here#i would’ve gotten in a fistfight with a grown man on the way. or had to stay home and cry in my kitchen#i’m at a point i think the people in my life warn each other if i slept bad because i’m not going to be acting normal#i’m either manic or PISSED OFF or crying#it’s upsetting. i should work on it!#OR make sure i sleep great all the time and the problem never comes up. 🧐#personal#*just remembered a kinda funny example of me acting crazy when something woke me up#i’d just gotten to sleep and my flatmate got in and immediately started blasting mariah carey#(it was like 2am mind you)#i crashed out of my bedroom; down the stairs and started hammering on his door#he went ‘yeah?’ all casual and i yelled ‘I HAVE CLASS IN THE MORNING TURN THAT DOWN’ he said ‘oh shit sorry’#what was funny about this was that our other flatmate who lived in the basement apparently couldn’t hear the music#but he heard me hammering on the door and screeching#not sure how to feel about that
