I watched the 1st and 2nd episode of Arcane with my sister and these were some of the conversations we had while watching it (For context I tried watching Arcane while on an airplane ride but I gave up after watching like..half of the 1st episode before getting bored and stopping, I quickly realize that it was just the airplane jet lag that made me bored because I now realize I stopped just as the show was getting interesting lol)

Robin better fucking destroy this man when he grows up.

In a way it's a relief to have Lovell shown so clearly as evil. I mean, I trusted Kuang. But also she so effectively captured the tone of that sort of colonial English boy's novel that I was a bit swept along, and unsure if he was as evil as his actions implied, or it was going to be one of those stiff upper lip but secretly soft deals.
