Okay context. Saria and Utage have been dating for a short while so things are all pretty new to the both of them and Saria is about to Dragon Hibernate so she wants to keep her treasure safe and secure while shes out cold fora few days

Utage could sense something was wrong when Saria wouldn't even react to a suprise hug from her. After a small amount of prying Saria finally opened up..

"Um..."

Utage has never seen Saria act like this before.

"As you know i'm a vouivre and of course every now and then we have to hibernate to restore our energy and health"

Utage nodded along

"well, I like to make sure my ne-... I mean room neat and tidy... and keep the thi..." She mumbled the rest with Utage unable to hear. A blush formed over her cheeks and Utage couldn't help but get giddy when she saw her girlfiends bashfull face.

Utage grabbed Saria's hand "Saria, what's on your mind? You can tell me anything yaknow"

Saria squeezed back, cleared her throat and looked strongly into her lovers eyes making Utage blush this time.

"Us vouivre like to keep our.... nests... clean and tidy." after a short pause she continued, her blush creeping back. "and well, I like to keep my 'treasures' close to me while i hibernate for the few days it takes. and well... I'd like to ask if you'd want to stay with me while I hibernate..." She finished looking down at the floor.

There was not a sound from either of them. Of course Saria starting listing off apologies and excuses onto why this was a bad idea and for her lover not to worry about such a stupid thing. But that kicked Utage out of her stupor. No matter how hard she was thinking, no one calls her GF stupid.

Bringing her hand up to Sarias cheek, she lifted her face so that they were facing eachother. Saria still averted her eyes out of sheer embarrasment but Utage demandingly told her to look at her.. Saria listened.

"Babe.. of course I would! my wonderful lover was brave enough to ask me somthing that seems verry intimate and perosnal. And i am so honoured that you asked me for this!"

Saria loved it when Utage smiled. It was seeing the sharp fangs on duch a beautiful face. which perfectly described her girlfriend.

"Sorry for being difficult. wanting to keep your treasure safe while hibernating is pretty old fashioned... It's quite-" Utage cut her off

"Ohh miss Saria. I'm a treasure you want to keep safe huh?" She said with a wink.

the blush came crashing back "Oh! ummm... That's not too weird or possesive is it?"

"No." Utage replied seriously "Infact miss Saria..." Utage gave Saria a cheek on the kiss and whispered into her ear "I wouldn't mind you being more possesive with me"

Standing up quickly giving Utage a scare, Saria grabbed her lovers hand and pulled her up. "Hurry. Let's go to Dr. Kalt'sit and get the paperwork done asap. You need to take atleast 6 days off for this"

"Si... Six days.." Now it was Utage who was going red in the face. but it quickly turned into excitment and couldn't help but laugh as she was being dragged down the halway.

Lots of people talk about the Arknights characters that have weird codenames or codenames that are just their real names and I fully get why but one of the funniest ones to me are the Arknights characters that realize that Rhodes Island will let you in if you're a felon or on the run from the law and won't ask for your real name if you don't want to give it so they lean into that
