Today would of been my grandmother birthday and her mom My great grandmother knitted all the time and when I work with fibre if it’s knitting, spinning, creating batts to spin I have her in my heart and I feel her love, I spent a lot of time with my great grandmother and grandparents learning to cook, garden 🧶. I use her old sewing box to knit out of (don’t remember her sewing but she kept her wool in it to), I even sit in the chair she sat in knitting. I inherited my grandparents furniture and she lived with them. I find work with fibre soothing, meditating and productive as your creating a work of Art one stitch at a time. Day’s 14 & 15 of the Tour de Fleece was spent finishing spinning up my crazy batts. Хочу спросить🤔 Что вы думаете по поводу контрастности пуговиц на рукавах❓ Фото крупным планом в карусели 👉 Возможно, когда откроются магазины с фурнитурой, я смогу подобрать что-то менее контрастное, но из того, что есть у меня, мне понравились вот эти пуговицы ручной работы, которые я купила у одного итальянского мастера на Фельтрозе. И да, очень жаль, что в связи с пандемией, скорее всего фестиваля в этом году не будет. Первоначальные даты начала мая, перенесли на сентябрь.. но мне кажется, что и в сентябре в Италии не рискнут проводить хоть мало мальски общественные мероприятия..😔 Но жизнь продолжается! Будем придумывать что-то новое!! 🙂 Меня уже несколько раз спрашивали ( и здесь и на Фейсбуке) или рукава полностью цельноваляные или условно-цельноваляные..❓ Всё цельное, рукава и кокетки..
