last chapters only make it more clear to me that he'll free himself from public safety at some point (it may cost him a lot knowing fujimoto but point stands)

he's a BOYFAIL. he's only trying to his job but with someone like denji he can't control anything at all and mind you preventing an apocalypse isn't a high schooler job at all.

his history with devil hunting was probably much more different than kid denji's. he was a known private devil hunter at age of 16 and i believe it wasn't his debut year tho. he was more aware of what's going on and in the end he's one of the most closed characters. only second to makima to me. their distant personalities what made people to portray them similar ig bc no matter how much we saw them interact with other characters we're only left with inferences.

his conflict with denji comes from that he already agreed on becoming a cog in current system someone like denji refusing it frustrates him because more or less he's envy him. if it was him he'd chose one option already. he'd jump on the having a normal life.

he doesn't have a beef with asa stop this 😭😭 he def thinks she's a threat not sure if he know what exactly going on with her but he didn't hand him to public safety so either he talked with fumi(which is eh to me) or he's not the evil mastermind y'all claim him to be.

denji should get a male bestie. and i don’t mean in a ship way, just that i would like to see if his interactions with aki have maybe toned down his wariness of men....like i don’t think he will connect immediately like he did with asa in the aquarium or the girls of part one but i wanna see how it’ll turn out. (yoshida is out of the running due to being very sus; i will be pleasantly surprised if he actually is a wholesome octopus after all by the end though.)
