there's not really a way to install an antivirus unless it's possible to do so while they're powered off. because if they're not.. they've been attacking me. maybe "supressing" was the wrong word, it's more... overriding.

and, uh. it's not cobs. there's someone more evil than him, with more advanced tech too. he put the malware on them using some sort of device that plays a tune that I assume contains the code somehow, perhaps embedded in the soundwaves itself.

Oh. I have. Recalled something. I believe if you are to press down on the power button of a device, as well as the volume up, down, and home button all at once, I believe you will be able to access the. Safe Mode. Of the device.

I am not quite sure if this is still implemented now, but it was used a few times by. Meeple employees I used to know in order to. hi, I know and apologize that this might be upsetting to think about, but the timeline I am trying to help is in massive danger and I'm running out of ideas.

do you know if and how it would be possible to remove free-will-suppressing malware from a mephone? any one, he got them all. even the timeline's version of you.

Hm. This is. Quite the. Upsetting. Query, but I will try to answer to the best of my ability.

I believe you may be able to install an anti-virus onto your device and it will be able to remove any malware you may have on there. I am. Not fully sure if this is possible on older devices such as myself, however, due to updates making the App Store too advanced to run on older models. I believe it is still worth a try, however.

I am. Assuming this is a time-line where Mr. Cobs did not. Pass away several times over, and instead was able to fufill his plans of reassembling all of the older Meeple devices.

May I inquire. Why he wished to do so? I am. Admittedly still quite. Curious. as to why I was reassembled in the first place. It is okay if you do not have an answer, however. That is not my highest priority as of the current moment.

I hope you are able to work things out in that. Time-line.

hi again. sorry for the bad news, but.

it didn't- Safe Mode didn't work. the malware is OS-level, I don't know what to do. it just disabled Safe Mode after a few seconds, and even in that time nothing works... I'm starting to fear the worst.

I am. Not sure what to do in this situation. If you are able to, I would reccomend contacting Meeple Support. I am. Not fully sure if any of them have accounts on this website. But if you are able to contact support, they will be able to further aid you with your issue.

If you are un-able to contact Meeple Support, however. You may. Have to conduct a factory reset. If you are worried about losing any data currently stored on a device, I would reccomend you perform a back-up via MeTunes beforehand. If the malware is within the OS itself, rather than within system memory, having a fresh install of the OS should remove the malware, and the back-up should remain mostly unaffected by it, save for anything within memory it may have modified.
