He stands at the entrance, body shaking and splattered with the strangers blood. Hot and heavy tears quicken their pace down their cheeks. Their slow sobs begin to morph into manic cackles. A wicked grin etching itself across their face. Their laugh echoes and reverberates off the luminous stone infront of them and bounces back into the valley below.

He turns to face the sun with the doors entrance to his back. Hiding the bloody corpse of a tall feline behind its thick walls. They watch as the sun rises high into the sky, tear still flowing like a river down their face.

"I'll be the one to figure this all out, dont you worry. I'll be the one." He giggles to himself while glancing back at the door. Only for a moment.

They turn away and begin to make their journey back home.

I’m really bad at getting into Smp’s but should I try to get into the Asmp? I’ve been meaning to but I never actually have

I am obsessed but not hyperfixated and so I keep losing interest in watching the original content but like. Okay so Guqqie is such a fucking ASSHOLE in the beginning, and like they're still an asshole in the middle, but they care. And LIKE

OKAY SO SUNSHIP DUO (that's Aimsey and Guqqie btw idk how into this part of the fandom you are) IN SOUL HORIZON ARE LIKE. SO FUCKING TRAGIC

AIMSEY'S WANTED TO BE A HERO THEIR ENTIRE LIFE. GUQQIE IS A VIGILANTE BECAUSE SHE NEEDS TO PROVIDE FOR HER FAMILY AND STEAL FOOD AND STOP THE POLICE AND SHIT FOR TELLING PEOPLE NOT TO STEAL

and then Guqqie eventually went to the city where the Hero Corp is, right

and then Guqqie and Aimsey had a similar thing going on that Grian and Scar originally had

Except they were literally canon ASMP themselves

BUT THEN AIMSEY GOT TOO INTO A DEEP ASS CULT THINGY

And killed Tud

and Guqqie helped them out

and then something came back to attack them and Guqqie protected Aimsey with their own life

And then if Guqqie became a hero so she didn't get arrested and like because Aimsey genuinely thought it would be better for Guqqie since part of the original part of ASMP is that Aimsey's kind of innocent

But Guqqie has fallen hard for Aimsey at this point and they'd do anything to keep them. So Guqqie becomes Gem's apprentice

And Guqqie's vigilante name was Frostbite and the heroes thought that was too edgy so she had to shorten it to Frost anyways

So Frost becomes Fauna's apprentice

(also Aimsey's hero name is Prince and False's (who is their mentor) is Queen and I did not mean to name them off of bands/artists--)

And like. Guqqie's vigilante bg is rly important because it means that Grian trusts her. All vigilantes are like. Mutuals. in the way you would be on Facebook but not on Tumblr yknow

But Aimsey's naivety is also important bc Gem can tell Guqqie stuff, but Guqqie will tell Aimsey, which is okay, and Aimsey will tell False, which isn't great but it's still fine, and then False will tell Ren which is a Problem because Ren doesn't shut up

So Guqqie has to lie to Aimsey to protect Gem. And it's sad.

The side plot is sad. This is side plot. These are side characters and Guqqie is semi important by sheer just being Gem's apprentice but omg I love them

ANYWAYS IF YOU WANNA RANT ABT ASMP PLS TELL ME BC I AM INSANE ABT IT

ASMP Academy is a New Hub of Business Resources for Photographers

The American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) has launched a new business, legal, education, and training platform for all creatives that covers almost every aspect of running a photography or visual content creation business.

ASMP was founded in 1944 as a trade association for photographers and has since further expanded into providing support for other types of visual content creators. Currently, it has over 4,000 members across the United States and in 22 countries, with notable past members like Ansel Adams, Stanley Kubrick, Dorothea Lange, Richard Avedon, and others.

The organization has launched the ASMP Academy, which is a membership access-based platform that provides resources featuring original courses, curriculums, and videos that cover almost every aspect of forming, operating, growing, innovating, and protecting a photography or visual content creation business.

In a conversation with PetaPixel, ASMP’s General Counsel and Head of National Content and Education Thomas Maddrey explains that all of the content is created in-house and will be regularly refreshed for accuracy. When viewing the educational videos, members are able to see the date of the latest update.

Aside from in-depth courses, members can also access the document library which has more than 20 business and contract document templates and forms — all of which have received a recent update by the ASMP legal experts. Maddrey and the ASMP’s legal team also offer regular one-on-one drop-in clinics for members who need advice or guidance on particular legal or business questions.

“The ASMP Academy will soon be the first stop for photographers, videographers, social media, and online creators, and all creative professionals when they need the right answers to their most pressing questions,” says ASMP CEO James Edmund Datri. “There’s nothing else out there like it.”

Accessible to both members and non-members is ASMP’s new “Week in Review” show in which Maddrey covers a handful of weekly story topics of importance that are recognized by the organization’s official news partner, PetaPixel. During each episode, Maddrey reviews what he considers most important information that has happened in the photo and creative industries that spans interviews, case studies, equipment announcements, legal matters, and more.

“We’re excited to partner with PetaPixel to bring to our members this weekly show hosted by Thomas Maddrey that will be a perfect way for busy photographers and students to keep up with the latest industry news and trends in one sitting,” Datri continues.

The membership — which comes in three tiers, from a limited access Student and Associate membership to unlimited Professional membership — also includes access to other shows, benefits, and resources that the Academy is looking to regularly add to the platform. To qualify for the Professional membership, ASMP requires photographers to demonstrate that they have been actively engaged in professional practice for at least three years.

All ASMP Academy membership starts at $45 a year for students and up to $335 a year for professionals. All tiers as well as a full list of benefits of membership can be viewed on the organization’s website.

Aimsey hello!! I want to rant about ASMP, please bear with me.

So I wasn't going to get into it because other SMPs have always been too confusing for me to keep up with but when I found out it was only in your POV I figured it would be better, and it is! Also I saw fanart some people made and was immediately intrigued, so I started watching and I'm so glad I did.

The plot is so amazing and fast moving. I'm incredibly invested in it already and spent much of last night writing down theories. I can tell you have an idea of where you're going with this and so far, it's great. I have no doubt it'll only get better.

The most recent episode specifically, Episode 4, has my brain spinning. The things Ranboo's character revealed seem to have a deeper meaning, something none of us viewers know yet. The dialogue was incredible, as was the acting. a!Aimsey's ending lines sent chills down my spine. I can hardly wait for the next episode—I can't imagine what will happen, but I know it will be fascinating and indescribable, and I will be there for it.

Sorry not sorry for the long ramble. Anyway, major props to you, and to the other ccs who've joined, for making this awesome series great!
