Theo was so damn nervous while heading to the boba tea ship with Kashi he hoped the other male wouldn’t notice. They only recently started dating and this was all completely new to him as he’s never dated anyone before. 

‘Relax, Theo.... it’s just like any other day and nothing has really changed between you. Just... be not weird...’

“It’s getting kinda crisp outside, ya?” He glanced down at Kashi who was walking beside him. “You warm enough...?” Shit, was he fretting too much? He just didn’t want Kashi to catch a cold or something. If he was cold he’d give him his scarf his Maw made. Come to think of it.... if he told his Maw he got a boyfriend she would end up knitting him a shit ton of scarves and whatever else to keep him warm. Not that it was a bad thing....! Just be very overwhelming to suddenly receive so many gifts from her outta the blue.

the unique sounds of the nightlife hummed throughout the city, flashy lights illuminating the endless string of buildings and skylines. most found the chatter, noise and sirens unsettling but blue managed to find peace within the chaos, and as he lay atop this rooftop, head propped up just enough to peer down at the building across the street he couldn’t help but muse to himself, this is what true comfort feels like. despite the mask he adorned on his face, guising his features, he could still feel the chill wind tickle at the back of his neck, strands of his dark hair brushing briefly against skin. it was good to find peace, especially before the mission-- he had to stay focused. level, for that singular headshot. 

right now, though, he had to wait, see or hear for any sign of his teammates, or even the enemies. so far, nothing. until he heard the vague sound of footsteps. 

he couldn’t tell if he actually heard it, or if he imagined it, because when he flinched and glanced over his shoulder, nobody was there. with casted shadows from neighboring signs and billboards, it created a blanket of darkness atop that rooftop, but blue still searched for any sign of movement. in a moment of weakness, he calls out, his voice low and smooth.

quiet creep of blonde towards the man before she launches, wrapping arms around his neck as legs settle around waist. ' happy birthday ! ' proceed to pepper kisses along the side of his face before grinning. then she falls to the ground and turns, grabbing the canvas she'd placed nearby before holding it up to him. ' here. it's not much but it's somethin'. '

Ed smirked lowly to himself as he could hear her coming, but acted as if he didn’t. Would ruin the surprise wouldn’t it? 

He oofed lowly as she suddenly hopped up to wrap her arms around his neck while at the same time she moved her legs around his waist. Making sure to move himself quickly so they didn’t end up toppling forward or backwards. “Hey little bird and why thank you.”

She was giving him a bunch of soft kisses all over his face and had the cutest grin once she was finished. He did manage to kiss her quickly on the lips before she let go of him to land back onto the floor on her feet, this made him pout ever so slightly at the loss of physical contact.

“This… is for me?” He paused a moment, taking in the beautiful painting she created for him. It was a large golden lion, which might actually match his hair colour, at least for the mane. But it would be amazing either way as Kaye painted it for him and she is an amazing painter.

“This is amazing and… wow… thank you so much.” Ed grinned wide and carefully leaned forward to give her a proper kiss on the lips. “I love it, but not as much as you.”

Leia is super outgoing and while I am not, partly due to being so shy and scared bean. Leia would literally walk up to anyone and start a convo and it takes me 5-10mins (or more depending) to ask a store clerk for help finding something.

you know i love leia. i think she's an amazing example of a support quirk that we could have used in the series. she's a feel good kind of muse that when you see her and her interactions you just sort of feel good yourself. you've done a great job with developing her for sure.
