The paper provides 4 hypotheses with their explanations and proves – let's provide them in following

Hypothesis No. (1)

The space is created from one energy and this energy is provided by a light beam moves by a speed 1.16 million km per second – the speed is registered in the created space proves the speed is a fact.

Hypothesis No. (2)

The Gravitational Waves Are Produced By The Planets Motions Energies And Not By The Sun Gravitational Field– Moreover- The Sun Does NOT Produce A Gravitational Field And It Has No Massive Gravity- 

Hypothesis No. (3)

Mars original orbit was between Mercury and Venus and Pluto was The Mercury Moon (Pluto size was equal Mercury size) But these two planets had migrated from their original orbits as a result for a collision- the planets migration caused a risk for the solar system geometrical design- Uranus and Jupiter the Two planets worked to repair the solar system design– that caused Jupiter orbit to be the main orbit in the solar system design- Jupiter orbit proves the speed 1.16 million km per second is a fact.

I-1 Preface (The Main Idea)

The solar system (planets and distances) is created from one energy and this energy is provided by one light beam and this light beam moves by speed (1.16 million km/s)

The space is created before the planets creation-

Let's write the whole story in following

The light beam (1.16 million km per second) started its motion from Mercury orbit moves toward Pluto orbit– by that– we consider Mercury orbit is the origin point-

Now- we should notice- No planet is created yet- the motion from Mercury orbit to Pluto orbit defines the motion direction- and No planet is created before this motion nor during this motion- the planets will be created after this motion is finished means when the light 1.16 million km per second reaches to Pluto (orbit)- after this event – the planets will be created –as I will explain later

The light (1.16 million km per second) creates the distances by its motion- means- the light moves from Mercury point to Venus point– the distance from Mercury to Venus was not found and is created only by the light motion through it for first time- means – before the light motion this distance was NOT found- It's found after the light moves through this distance for first time-    

This is similar to the blood motion through the arteries, the blood creates these arteries and the blood moves through these arteries, but the blood created these arteries with its first motion and that needed energy- but – after the arteries creation the blood move through them without any energy is required- means- the first motion is the most important one because by it the arteries are created

Shortly- The space is created from the energy of this light beam its speed 1.16 million km per second – NOW- after the Space creation- the light beam energy is decreased because of the energy consumption in the space creation process- and the rest energy is one light beam its speed is (C=300000 km/s =the light known speed) – But - We understand that- it's the same one light beam- its speed was 1.16 million km /s before the space creation- and the light created the space and that caused to consume the light energy and that caused to decrease the light speed to be 300000 km/s

Shortly- the light beam started its motion from Mercury (orbit) with speed 1.16 million km /s and reaches to Pluto (orbit) with a speed 300000 km/s because of the energy consumption in the space creation process   

Let's give example to explain this idea

Imagine we create A Sea Of Water- we use energy to create this sea of water- now we have some energy and we use this energy to create this sea of water- BUT- our energy is NOT spent completely But there's a small part still rest with us – this small part of energy is used to create one wave moves through this sea and this wave speed is 300000 km/s (I suppose the space is similar to the sea of water)

Now – the rest energy is found in one light beam its speed 300000 km/s and this light beam is found NOW in Pluto Orbit – and this light beam will be reflected from Pluto orbit toward the inner planets– means- the rest energy will move in reflected direction to the original light motion direction.

This idea will be explained in details in the next point- shortly

The light beam (300000 km/s) will be reflected from Pluto toward the inner planets

AND  the light 300000 km/s will meet the original light beam (1.16 million km per second) in the origin point (in fact – beside the origin point) and there's a coherence of light is done between the light beam (300000 km/s) and the light beam (1.16 million km per second) – this coherence of light is proved strongly- we have to ask (how can that be possible while the light beam 1.16 million km /s is consumed and the new light beam 300000 km/s is the rest energy? how this light beam (300000 km/s) can meet the original one (1.16 million km per second)? in points no. (1-3) and no.(1-6) I answer this question.

The previous data tells us how the light beam motion creates the distances-

Simply the light uses a distance as (a period of time) and travels through this period another distance- that can be understood clearly from Jupiter distances- let's look deeply as possible

The light beam (1.16 million km per second) uses the period 629 seconds to pass a new distance = 729 million km (Mercury Jupiter distance is 721 million km error 1%) – where 629 million km = Jupiter Earth distance

Also  

The light beam (1.16 million km per second) uses the period 671 seconds to pas a new distance =778.6 million km (Jupiter orbital distance) 

where 671 million km = Jupiter Venus distance

by this method the light creates the distances based on each other- and that makes all distances to be created depends on one another and that makes all distances in the solar system to be One Network where all distances are created based on the same One Geometrical Design

The data shows the method clearly and we understand the light original motion started from Mercury orbit to Pluto orbit because the distances are created based on one another in that direction of motion as explained clearly

Because the light (300000 km/s) moves in the reflected direction of the original light beam (1.16 million km per second) that causes the proportionality between the distances and the light (300000 km/s) be in a reflected form

The previous explanation told us that we have 2 light beams-

The original light beam its speed (1.16 million km per second) and it started its motion from Mercury orbit to Pluto orbit (where Mercury orbit is the light motion origin point) – and this light beam created all distances in the solar system and lost its energy in the creation process and the rest energy is one light beam its speed is (C=300000 km/s)

The other light beam is the rest energy- its speed is (C=300000 km/s) and it moves in a reflected direction from Pluto toward Mercury-

Now – we have a coherence of light between these two light beams- the coherence is proved by powerful proves BUT firstly we have to ask (how can this coherence be occurred)? Because the original light (1.16 million km/s) is consumed and its energy is used already and the rest energy is this light its speed is (300000 km/s) - HOW can the light (1.16 million km/s) meet the light (300000 km/s)??

Imagine we have (116 dollars) and we spent all money except (30 dollars)- how can this (30 dollars) meet the original money (116 dollars)??

Let's write the answer

Suppose the light beam (300000 km/s) moves in a reflected direction (in the space) and also (in the time) – that can enable the light (300000 km/s) to meet the original one (1.16 million km/s) in the past and the coherence will be done there in the past- and we see the coherence results and effects on the solar system -

Means – the light (300000 km/s) moves into the past and found the original light (1.16 million km/s) in the past

The equation tells, the matter is created based on its motion! means Neptune diameter is 49528 km because Neptune velocity is 5.4 km/s!!

If we suppose the space is similar to the sea of water, the matter be similar to a whirlpool or a vortex found on the sea page- means- the matter is a geometrical design has a distinguish picture from the space- as the whirlpool, it's created from the sea water but it has a distinguish picture from the sea waves picture

The whirlpool is carried by the waves motion- and- the matter is carried by its original energy and moves with it- No Mass gravity is required for the matter motion- means- the matter is MOVABLE by nature.

Now The velocity is a motion in (A Defined Direction)

Means– the matter is created because it depends on a motion in a defined direction- as we have seen- Neptune diameter is 49528 km because Neptune velocity is 5.4 km/s but this velocity is a motion in defined direction- and that tells Neptune creation depends on a motion in the direction of the (x axis positive "+x ") (for example)

That tells, if this motion moves in (x axis negative "-x ") that will cause Neptune diameter to be changed or perished

Means- the matter creation needs a motion in A Defined Direction

Now let's ask our question

Why Can't The matter (creature) Moves Toward Its Past?

Because the matter depends on a motion in one defined direction- that causes the matter moves into (the future) always and can't move into (the past) let's discuss this question more deeply in point no (1-6)

The previous idea is correct- but –the velocity 300000 km/s is a huge one and to decrease it to Zero velocity this is a complex process– for that- the wave (300000 km/s) created small waves with low velocities to use them as steps to decrease the velocity to Zero- the small waves are The Planets- (The planet is a small wave moves by low velocity relative to the original wave its velocity 300000 km/s) 

Why Are These Small Waves Required?

Because the velocity 300000 km/s is decreased to Zero by using these small waves and their low velocities- the low velocities are used as steps to decrease the unified wave velocity (300000 km/s) to be (Zero)- this process decreases the velocity gradually from 300000 km/s to Zero depending on these small waves velocities (the planets velocities)

Why does the data use the squared value (205.8)^2?

We know the answer- but - Let's remember it

The planets are geometrical points on the same light beam and move with its motion- for that- the planets velocities rates creates rates of time– for example-  Mercury velocity = 1.6 the Earth velocity- that means – one hour of Mercury clock = 1.6 hours of the Earth clock- Why??

Because Mercury and the Earth are carried by the same one light beam- the light moves one motion and passes one distance in one period of time- by that Mercury and the Earth have to move this same motion and to pass this same distance in this same period of time- but the two planets velocities are different- for that- the planets use different rates of time based on their velocities rates and by that the planets move equal distances in the same period of time –

Now- the velocity (205.8 km/s) moves relative to the stationary point (Zero) and creates a rate of time (1 second = 205.8 seconds) –

(one second of the unified wave clock = 205.8 seconds of the stationary point clock)

The collision put Neptune in wrong orbit and that causes Neptune orbit to be opposite to all planets orbits (that explains why Titus Bode law couldn't predict Neptune orbit)

The data tells the idea clearly, it tells 

The distances in the solar system is created together based on one design and by one motion- this one motion is the light motion (1.16 million km per second) and the light creates the distance and after that the light uses the created distance as a period of time to create another distance, and by that, the light created all distances in one network together based on one geometrical design and this creation of the distances is done before any planet creation- the data clearly and strongly proves the hypothesis. 

NOTICE - The total distances in the solar system (the orbital and inner distances) are 45 distances, the previous data used almost 50% of these distances (because many distances are equal in the solar group – for example – (Saturn orbital distance = Mars orbital circumference)- this distances equality makes the previous data behave in place of around 50% of all distances- and no logic to suppose these all distances are rated by the way with the rate (1.16)!!

The story told the facts, Uranus provided effect on Jupiter and as a result Jupiter orbit be used as the main orbit in the solar system- BUT- what's this effect Uranus provided on Jupiter? What had happened really?

Uranus sent a light beam its speed (1.16 million km per second) to Jupiter for that Uranus velocity and Jupiter velocity both depends on the speed (1.16 million km per second)

Jupiter should move a distance 1.16 million km per solar day (24h) BUT Mars effect created more problems and caused Jupiter to use (Mars rotation period 24.6h) in place of the solar day and decreased the velocity with 2.5%

Planet velocity analysis proves that, there's a motion by speed of light in the solar system- means- the planets velocities are defined to produce a motion by speed of light in the solar system- and – because the gravitational waves move by speed of light (as the article states) that tells – the gravitational waves move by speed of light depending on the planets velocities which prove these waves are produced by the planets motions energies and Not by any gravitational field

The sun rays creation proves the gravitational waves are produced by the planets motions energies and not by any gravitational field- because- the planets motions energies are stored in the space (and should be used because logically the energy can't be stored in the space forever without using) that tells the sun rays is produced from this stored energy and by that the sun is the outlet for the solar system motion energy

Understandable, if the stored energy is not used, it would cause a risk of explosion for the solar system - (also the sun creation depends on a cycle which is suitable for the solar system motion principle – where the nuclear fusion idea is very strange here because it doesn't depend on any cycle)

Il 4 aprile 1978 alle 17:15, più o meno, andava in onda il primo episodio di quel cartone animato che avremmo chiamato Atlas Ufo Robot e che invece avrebbe dovuto chiamarsi Ufo Robot Grendizer (o Ufo Robot Grendaiza, nella pronuncia alla giapponese), invece per noi italiani divenne Goldrake.

Già dalla sigla lo stile dell'animazione era molto diverso da quelli di Supergulp, il contenitore di programmi per ragazzi ideato dalla Rai in onda fino al giorno prima. Anche i personaggi apparivano meno caricaturati, più verosimili, in un certo senso.

Il robot protagonista era il mezzo con cui un principe di un pianeta lontano era scappato dal proprio pianeta, Fleed, invaso dall'esercito di un pianeta vicino, per trovare rifugio sulla Terra dove un astronomo lo aveva fatto passare per suo figlio.

Purtroppo le truppe di Vega, gli invasori del pianeta Fleed, ben presto spostano le loro mire espansionistiche sulla Terra e il principe di Fleed dovrà salire nuovamente sul robot Goldrake per combattere in difesa della sua nuova patria.

Goldrake mi è sempre piaciuto per l'idea del robot che viene inglobato in questo disco volante grazie al quale può volare nello spazio, una soluzione ingegneristica che mi affascina ancor oggi.

Ne sarebbero arrivati molti altri di robot, inclusi i due Mazinga che erano in realtà precedenti a Goldrake nella timeline, ma non lo sapevamo all'epoca: Goldrake era il primo per noi e lo è tutt'ora.

Non lo sapevamo ancora ma quel 4 aprile assistemmo al primo giorno dell'invasione nipponica nei canali televisivi italiani.

Nulla sarebbe stato mai più come prima.

Il disegno in alto è il mio personalissimo omaggio a Goldrake.

Unlikely Landscapes // 2 (Paesaggi Improbabili)

Il paesaggio è una componente costante nel mio lavoro artistico. Nel mio nuovo progetto Unlikely Landscapes, le installazioni esposte sono note che accompagnano verso mete non definite ma di cui si percepisce la presenza, un percorso che vuole suggerire luoghi per stimolare la nostra curiosità estetica.

Unlikely Landscapes può essere anche assimilata come esperienza dinamica, quasi fisica, alcune opere ci predispongono al viaggio interiore alla ricerca di archetipi che alludono alla carne, in altre la meta finale è l'Incanto fisico e mentale dove tutto diventa reale.

In Unlikely Landscapes le opere si contaminano, interagiscono e non sempre la loro visione ha un punto di osservazione definito, sono presenti molteplici linguaggi e medium che in sinergia danno origine a un contesto dove etica, immaginazione e concettualità si supportano reciprocamente.

Alcuni punti chiave di questa ricerca possono essere così sintetizzati: ricerca minimalista sulle sinergie estetiche, convergenze e nuove tecnologie applicate all'arte tradizionale. Punti di osservazione e slittamento della percezione, interazioni tra medium, design, fotografia, antropologia del fantastico e nuove espressioni del surrealismo. Futuri possibili, dialogo tra spazialità, arte, sentimento poetico tradotto in segno, ritmo e musicalità delle strutture compositive. Realtà oggettiva e realtà fantastica/onirica. Estetica del tutto è concesso e ricostruzione di valori connessi e rielaborati nella tradizione dell'arte.

In questo momento Unlikely Landscapes è composto da 75 opere con caratteristiche e percorsi tematici differenti: Animals, Big Boobs, Fangs, Landscapes, Shining Lake, Structures, Tornados, Abstract caramelized.

In un passato non troppo remoto, i contorni delle cose erano sfumati. Astrologia e magia erano considerate discipline scientifiche: Tycho Brahe, l’illustre esploratore del firmamento, fu nominato da Rodolfo II d’Asburgo astronomo & astrologo di corte.

Il famoso medico svizzero Paracelso ci sembra nostro contemporaneo quando sostiene che le malattie sono causate da un agente patogeno e non da uno squilibrio degli umori come pensavano i medici della sua epoca, ma è la stessa persona che scrive un trattato su ninfe, silfi, pigmei e giganti che condividono il mondo degli esseri umani.

Georg Agricola, nato a fine Quattrocento, è considerato il padre della mineralogia. Nel suo libro De re metallica, dove ha descritto l'attività mineraria, tra il metodo per la separazione dell'argento dal rame e la descrizione dell'arte del geometra, esamina le creature che vivono sottoterra come conigli, marmotte, furetti, gnomi e coboldi, avvisando il lettore che alcune sono amichevoli mentre altre sono pericolose per i minatori.

Lo zero non esisteva. A noi moderni questo sembra più incredibile degli gnomi, eppure è proprio così: prima non c’era e poi c’è. Ma com’è possibile? Lo zero non è un’invenzione che si può costruire. Forse non ne avevamo bisogno, poi ci siamo accorti che lo zero era già lì, nascosto tra il nove e l’uno, solo che prima non lo avevamo visto.

Per quasi duemila anni la Terra è rimasta ferma e tranquilla al centro di un cosmo fatto di sette perfette sfere girevoli, con pianeti e stelle incastonati come gioielli che le ruotavano intorno. Andava tutto bene finché gli astronomi, a furia di cercare di adattare l’armonia delle sfere ai capricciosi movimenti dei corpi celesti, sono stati costretti a spostare la Terra in periferia.  Non è stato semplice convincerla a traslocare.

Oggi è diverso, abitiamo lo stesso pianeta che ospitò le generazioni umane che ci precedono, ma è come se queste persone, del tutto simili a noi nell’aspetto, fossero alieni incomprensibili. Come potevano credere all’esistenza di gnomi, unicorni, sirene e antipodi? Noi possiamo anche studiare la storia ma non riusciamo a immaginare davvero un mondo senza zeri e con gli gnomi. Siamo certi di sapere ciò che esiste e ciò che non esiste, quello che non rientra nella sfera della realtà concreta è considerato immaginario, simbolo, metafora, allucinazione collettiva… ma non è più solo se stesso.

Attribuiamo le certezze dei nostri antenati alla credulità o all’ignoranza, non pensiamo che forse, se nel Cinquecento queste creature erano ritenute vere, magari erano vere davvero. Nel nostro mondo nuovo c’è sovrabbondanza di dati e scarsa compagnia, quasi nessuno crede di condividere il pianeta con altre creature non approvate dalla scienza.

Magari quando lo zero non esisteva un mago guardando nella sua sfera di cristallo ha detto tra sé e sé: “Che fantasia questi umani del futuro, non so come fanno a credere a una cosa assurda come lo zero… forse è un simbolo, una metafora, un’allucinazione collettiva…”.

Ora è così, prima era cosà, dopo chi lo sa.

Abbiamo scritto queste storie con una impostazione classica anche se l’opera nel suo insieme è piuttosto eclettica.

Lo stile è mutevole e diverso per ogni racconto, i temi variano: gotico, surreale, umoristico, poetico, religioso, viaggiando inoltre nei territori della science-fiction. Un universo di diversità che trae origine dalla frammentazione del tempo che ci circonda. In alcuni casi il significato sembra restare nascosto, ma va bene così, sono storie, non è necessario chiarire sempre tutto. A volte si avverte un significato criptico nel messaggio che viene comunque completato e rivelato nelle illustrazioni, così che testo e illustrazioni si integrano.

Ciò che desideriamo è attrarre e sensibilizzare la partecipazione del lettore. Non vogliamo distrarvi con un modo di scrivere insolito o stravagante, ma suscitare interesse e attenzione attraverso le idee espresse (o non espresse) nella narrazione. E’ nostro auspicio che il lettore sia complice, per questo cerchiamo di favorire la sua attenzione con immagini per proporre un modo di leggere più attraente, intimo, partecipativo, che non richieda fatica, momenti di tempo sospesi dove analizzare e scoprire indizi anche nelle immagini.

Ci auguriamo che alla fine delle storie permanga nel lettore una sensazione di piacevoli ricordi, anche se con un retrogusto amaro.

Let's see examples to explain that clearly Example No. (1) No Planet Moves By The Sun Gravity- Newton is wrong- I have proved this fact since long time- and I explained that- Planet moves by the force caused its creation- means- the planet creation and motion is done by one force only otherwise this planet would be broken- simply – if two forces have effects on the same planet it would be broken- means- the planet moves with its creation force- again No planet moves by the sun gravity- The example shows a gap between the physics book and the solar system facts – Newton imaginary idea is believed by everyone since 400 years! But- the example doesn't show how great the gap is- in fact the shock is coming from The Sun Nuclear Fusion Theory- let's see the next example Example No. (2) The Sun Is Created By The Planets Motions Energies–The Sun Is A Phenomenon Here we can see the gap clearly The solar planets were found in their orbits before the sun creation and the planets were revolving around a point in space (this point has no light) The planet motion produces energy (1/2 mv^2) and this energy is stored in the space in waves form- the planets were revolving around this point for long periods till the stored motion energy in the space be massive energy-

NOTICE- Planet diameter equation is very useful to analyze the energy reflection in the solar system because the equation shows the changes in data resulting from the energy reflection- for example- the equation produces the planet orbital inclination-but in Saturn equation- the equation produces the value (0.4) while we know Saturn orbital inclination is 2.5 degrees- the value (0.4) is produced because the energy is reflected in Saturn and that caused effect on the data by that the value (2.5) become (1/2.5) = 0.4- that's why I refer to my planet diameter equation in this discussion because the equation can work as a tool of anatomy which can see clearly what's happening for the energy in each planet- Matter Definition My planet diameter equation provides a new definition for the matter – this definition is found to answer the question- (How Can Planet Velocity And Motion Be Defined Before This Planet Creation?)

SHORTLY I refute the solar system classical description and I wanted to put a piece of strong proof in the first pages of my paper to show that the refutation doesn't depend on ideas or logical analysis- but the refutation depends on the contradiction between the physics theories and the planets creation & motion data- If the contradiction is proved that tells the description is wrong because the planets data can NOT be wrong Let's start our discussion How is planet velocity defined? Kelper stated, planet orbit defines its velocity, this rule is proved by the equation (v1/v2)^2=(d2/d1) where (d= planet orbital distance) and (v= planet velocity) BUT How Is The Planet Velocity Defined? And By What Rules? Planet velocity is defined by Three Rules let's see them in following (i) First Rule v1v2 = constant= 322 (my 5th equation)

Andrew McCarthy, un astronomo dilettante che vive in Arizona, USA, ha osservato per 3 ore con il suo telescopio solare un’espulsione di massa coronale sul Sole, simile a un tornado. Secondo McCarthy, “questa colonna vorticosa di plasma“, con un’altezza paragonabile a 14 volte il diametro della Terra, stava vomitando macchie di materiale incandescente sulla stella delle dimensioni della Luna. “Non riesco a immaginare un posto più infernale”, ha scritto in un recente tweet. Un’espulsione di massa coronale (in inglese coronal mass ejection o CME) è un’espulsione di plasma dalla corona solare, la regione esterna della atmosfera solare. Le CME sono associate ad attività solare intensa, come le eruzioni solari, e possono causare effetti sulla Terra come le tempeste geomagnetiche.

Durante una CME, grandi quantità di plasma altamente ionizzato e carico elettricamente vengono espulsi dalla corona solare e accelerati nello spazio. Questi flussi di plasma possono raggiungere velocità di diverse centinaia di km/s e, quando colpiscono la magnetosfera terrestre, possono causare variazioni del campo magnetico, tempeste geomagnetiche, aurore boreali e interferenze con le comunicazioni radio. Mayall al Kpno; e la Beijing-Arizona Sky Survey (Bass) realizzata con la fotocamera 90Prime sul telescopio Bok da 2,3 metri, gestito dallo Steward Observatory e ospitato presso Kpno. I dati delle Desi Legacy Imaging Surveys, così come una copia dell’intero Siena Galaxy Atlas, vengono forniti alla comunità astronomica tramite la piattaforma scientifica Astro Data Lab e l’Astro Data Archive presso il Community Science and Data Center (Csdc) di NoirLab. Sga contiene anche dati aggiuntivi provenienti da una survey condotta dal satellite Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer (Wise) della Nasa, rielaborati da Aaron Meisner, astronomo del NoirLab. Queste survey hanno catturato immagini nelle lunghezze d’onda ottiche e infrarosse per mappare un’area totale di 20mila gradi quadrati – quasi la metà del cielo notturno, rendendola tra le più grandi survey sulle galassie. Riunendo questa ricchezza di informazioni in un unico posto, Sga offre dati precisi sulla posizione, la forma e le dimensioni di centinaia di migliaia di grandi galassie relativamente vicine. Oltre all’enorme numero di oggetti registrati, i dati nella raccolta Sga raggiungono anche un nuovo livello di accuratezza ed è la prima risorsa di questo tipo a fornire dati sui profili di luce delle galassie.

Moustakas «Le grandi galassie vicine sono importanti perché possiamo studiarle in modo più dettagliato di qualsiasi altra galassia nell’universo; sono i nostri vicini cosmici», osserva John Moustakas, professore di fisica al Siena College a capo del progetto Sga. «Non solo sono straordinariamente belle, ma contengono anche la chiave per comprendere come si formano e si evolvono le galassie, inclusa la nostra, la Via Lattea». Sga si basa su diversi cataloghi compilati nei secoli scorsi. L’iconico Catalogue des Nébuleuses et des Amas d’Étoiles (Catalogo delle nebulose e degli ammassi stellari), pubblicato nel 1774 dall’astronomo francese Charles Messier, fu una pietra miliare importante, così come lo fu il Nuovo Catalogo Generale delle Nebulose e degli Ammassi di Stelle (Ngc), pubblicato nel 1888 da John Louis Emil Dreyer. Più recentemente, nel 1991, gli astronomi hanno realizzato il Terzo Catalogo di Riferimento delle Galassie Luminose (Rc3). Negli ultimi due decenni sono stati pubblicati molti altri preziosi atlanti di galassie, ma la maggior parte di essi si basa sulle misurazioni su lastre fotografiche dell’Rc3, oppure mancano un numero significativo di galassie. Poiché Sga utilizza immagini digitali catturate con strumenti altamente sensibili, rappresenta un miglioramento sostanziale sia nella qualità che nella completezza dei dati. «Precedenti compilazioni di galassie erano afflitte da posizioni, dimensioni e forme errate delle galassie e contenevano anche voci che non erano galassie ma stelle o artefatti», spiega Arjun Dey, astronomo del NoirLab coinvolto nel progetto. «Sga ripulisce tutto questo per gran parte del cielo. Fornisce inoltre le migliori misurazioni della luminosità delle galassie, qualcosa che non avevamo mai avuto prima in modo affidabile per un campione di queste dimensioni».

IC 4212 è una galassia spirale barrata situata nella costellazione della Vergine. Ad esempio, Sga migliorerà la ricerca su come i modelli di formazione stellare variano nelle diverse galassie, sui processi fisici alla base della vasta gamma di morfologie che le galassie mostrano e su come la distribuzione delle galassie è correlata al modo in cui la materia oscura si diffonde nell’universo. Agendo come una mappa, Sga aiuterà anche gli astronomi a individuare le sorgenti di segnali transitori come le onde gravitazionali e a comprendere gli eventi che ne danno origine. «Sga diventerà il più importante atlante galattico digitale per le grandi galassie», afferma Dey. Tuttavia, sottolinea, Sga non è riservato solo ai ricercatori accademici, ma è liberamente consultabile online per chiunque desideri conoscere meglio il nostro angolo di universo. «Il rilascio pubblico di questi dati spettacolari contenuti nell’atlante avrà un impatto reale non solo sulla ricerca astronomica, ma anche sulla capacità del pubblico di visualizzare e identificare le galassie relativamente vicine», conclude Chris Davis, direttore del programma Nsf per NoirLab. «Gli astrofili più appassionati lo apprezzeranno particolarmente in quanto risorsa a cui rivolgersi per saperne di più su alcuni degli obiettivi celesti che osservano».
