#halhigdon #marathontraining day 13 was 3 miles as #runner5 (that got me totally caught up on #zombiesrun - again) and a short #starwars #workout from #geekoutyourworkout . Not every day is going to be a good one, and today was one of those days that I just had to keep reminding myself of that. I could've done the video twice, but I was sore and pouty and my back was spazzing out, so once it was. Meh. Like I said, not every day is gonna be a good one.
