I miss running 7 min on average KMs. But I'm still recovering from surgery and this is what I've got. My limp is still so bad it's killing me and i have to try and figure out $$ to get back to PT so i can have a normal gait again. I can't run off kilter forever it's how I ruined my knee in the first place.

I recently got into running. Doing cardio twice a day just to feel better in general and Zombies, Run has been a life saver because running is SO boring. Does anyone else talk back to the characters as they talk to Runner5? Because it’s a good thing I run on an elliptical/treadmill!

I did something to my good heel last run before this and it just wasn't getting any better at all. I figured what the heck I'll just run it off bc that'll fix it.

Nope. I did figure out how to tolerate the pain towards the end because you can't let shit control you but I really wonder what i did. It's like the back /base of my heel.

Also! This story was super fun i can't wait for the next one!
