I took this photo a while ago, but I wanted to show off my beloved cactus fountain—which now runs water!! It was broken for the longest time, and you wouldn't believe what I had to kill in the sewers to get it working again...

Anyway, the town just gets prettier and prettier each day, I think! Anyone wanna invest in a nice vacation home? 😊

This year...is a particularly special year for me though, because my darling niece @audtreegrace, my life, my heart, has agreed to come along with me as a Weehawken staff member. 😊 ♥

So while my askbox will be open, I hope you guys won’t be shy to say hello to her too. She’s a really good gurl, with many talents, and she’ll be helping out around the camp! Ask her for some archery lessons or something, she’s pretty badass at that. And make sure to be nice to her...or else.”

I'll try to post more this year, starting with a collab we've done with @ampreh for @miru667 's birthday c:

I did a presentation on the Onceler for friends

It was at a PowerPoint party where we all chose a topic to write a lecture on and I had promised to tell them about the Onceler several months before.

So It started with me talking about how I promised one of my friends this whole thing a couple months ago

I then talked a bit about how homestuck popularized the askblog format.

This is where I hit the people who don't already know what this presentation is about.

I talk about the change in his character design between the book and 2012. also with how he got split into two separate characters, which immediately caused one of my friends to ask when they kiss lol. I also talk about how people made ask blogs of them and how they would interact despite being the same character.

I said nothing important on this slide I just thought they should see these images

Then talked about the variations of the Onceler and the most popular askblogs. (credits to stringbeanman, windroosje, and Wansura

Instant yelling and applause from the guy who asked if they were going to kiss along with a couple others. I talk about classic oncest and the askblog ships. (credits to hybridkilljoys and I can't find the first one again, please let me know if you can find it)

Then onto camp Weehawken. The same guy from earlier yells out he doesn't like where this is going which I say is very valid. (Credit to Audtreegrace)

Then I talk about Thneedville High... and how a decent amount of people shipped Swag and entre despite entre being a teacher and swag a student. (credit Lenny-the-Leprechaun)

And then about Truffla flu.

And then I talk about the revival that happened around 2020 and modern Oncelers. They were very fond of Methcook-ler and demanded to see more from their blog all the while screaming breaking bad references.

The host of the party watched everyone's presentation and graded them and presented our grades as his presentation. I feel I should mention everyone else's grade slide had their name.

Overall it was well received and got alot of laughs.

Heheh, you think so? Theo does call me "pumpkinhead" sometimes..

Do you guys have Halloween plans, by the way? I'm gonna be pumpkin carving, and then we're going to have a pumpkin FEAST, complete with pumpkin pie, pumpkin mousse, pumpkin soufflé, pumpkin shortbread—and most importantly, pumpkin ramen!!

[Audrey Grace at Camp Weehawken!

Age 25, she/her pronouns, 5 foot 4.5 inches tall

Background: This is mainverse Audrey Grace who went through Truffula Flu and became a seasoned zombie slayer. The apocalypse has since calmed down for her (relatively) and her current hometown is a quiet abandoned Greenville in the wastelands, where she has been gradually cleaning up the place with her brother Theo so that they can grow back the trees free of zombie infection. Her Auntie Miru, who helps her a lot and whom she visits often, invited her to join Camp Weehawken this summer for reasons unknown. Audrey had never been to a summer camp before, but she agreed to go after she was able to convince her friend Bean to go with her.]
