So viele hat Mozillas Shopping-Leitfaden "*Datenschutz nicht inbegriffen" geprüft und festgestellt, dass sie es mit dem Datenschutz in ihren Fahrzeugen nicht so genau nehmen. Na ja, stimmt nicht ganz, denn Toyota überrascht ihre Kunden mit ganzen 12 Datenschutzerklärungen denen sie zustimmen müssen. Das macht es in der Praxis dann auch nicht besser!

Das Highlight

Den Negativpreis würde Nissan gewinnen. Heise.de berichtet: In seiner Datenschutzerklärung gibt der Hersteller offen zu, Daten zur Gesundheit, Genetik und sexuellen Aktivität zu sammeln. Weiterhin speichert das Unternehmen "Präferenzen, Eigenschaften, psychologische Trends, Neigungen, Verhaltensweisen, Einstellungen, Intelligenz, Fähigkeiten und Eignungen. Diese Daten würde Nissan auch ausdrücklich "weitergeben oder verkaufen".

Interessant ist, dass einige der 25 Hersteller die Consumer Privacy-Protection-Principles unterzeichnet haben. Das sollte eigentlich eine freiwillige Selbstverpflichtung sein, an die sich aber scheinbar niemand hält. Warum das so ist, haben Analysten  herausgefunden. Mit den in Fahrzeugen erhobenen Daten lassen sich bis 2030 rund 750 Milliarden US-Dollar Einnahmen auf Kosten der Verbraucher verdienen.

A Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa) adiou a decisão sobre a comercialização de autotestes no Brasil. O tema seria discutido na reunião desta terça-feira (19) da diretoria colegiada, mas foi retirado da pauta.

Ao solicitar a retirada do item, o diretor Daniel Pereira argumentou que é preciso dar sequência aos “alinhamentos” que o tema envolve junto ao Ministério da Saúde.

“Esse processo é um processo quase que conjunto, Anvisa e Ministério da Saúde. A gente precisa de um outro lado, de uma política relacionada a esse tipo de produto, por se tratar de um diagnóstico de uma doença de notificação compulsória. Tendo em vista ainda a fase desses alinhamentos, solicito a retirada de pauta do item.”

Na semana passada, o diretor-presidente da agência, Antonio Barra Torres, já havia antecipado que as tratativas para a comercialização de autotestes para dengue estavam em andamento entre o ministério e a Anvisa

“A dengue é uma doença de notificação compulsória. Então, é necessário que haja uma política pública gerada pelo Ministério da Saúde nesse sentido e que contemple, mesmo no caso do autoteste – aquele que o próprio cidadão poderá realizar – um mecanismo para que os sistemas de monitoramento sejam notificados, de modo que se possa justamente computar os casos em todo o Brasil.”

Também na semana passada, a coordenadora-geral de Laboratórios de Saúde Pública do ministério, Marília Santini, confirmou tratativas com a Anvisa sobre o tema.

“Tivemos duas reuniões com a Anvisa”, disse, ao detalhar que o teste rápido e o autoteste são essencialmente o mesmo dispositivo, sendo o primeiro é conduzido por um profissional de saúde e o segundo, pelo próprio paciente.

A coordenadora-geral lembrou que, diferentemente do cenário de covid-19, em que o autoteste contribui para interromper a transmissão do vírus por meio do isolamento, o autoteste de dengue não possui esse papel, já que a doença só pode ser transmitida pela picada da fêmea do mosquito Aedes aegypti.

I started sewing a lot, learned crocheting.

I found a clothing style I love (Lolita Fashion).

I fixed my teeth, and soon gonna have bracers installed.

I'm getting better at taking care of plants.

Slowly easing into cooking? I made my own kimchi, and made candies and two cakes.

Started therapy.

Something like that, so it was busy it seems. Anyway, happy new year, I hope next year will better for everyone <3

Em casa, no armário digital ou no Centro de Saúde: imagine ter acesso ao autoteste para HIV onde achar melhor? Em Florianópolis, é possível. A Prefeitura da Capital, em parceria com o projeto A Hora é Agora (AHA), facilita o acesso da população à testagem, de forma gratuita, confiável e sigilosa, tudo pelo SUS. A iniciativa tem como objetivo ampliar o número de testes e, consequentemente, o tratamento imediato para o HIV no município. “Quanto antes a pessoa souber que tem o vírus e iniciar o tratamento, menores ou mesmo nulas são as chances de adoecer pelo HIV. Hoje temos tratamentos cada vez mais simples, eficazes e com poucos ou nenhum efeito colateral”, explica o médico de família e comunidade e coordenador do projeto Pare o HIV Floripa da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, Ronaldo Zonta. “Uma pessoa que trata corretamente o HIV consegue praticamente zerar o vírus no sangue, o que chamamos de ‘indetectável’. Estando indetectável, tem zero chances de transmitir o HIV para outras pessoas”, conclui. Para solicitar o autoteste de HIV pelos correios ou retirar no armário digital, é necessário acessar o site www.ahoraeagora.org/autoteste/, realizar o cadastro e escolher uma das duas opções de recebimento disponíveis: 1) Receber em qualquer lugar, com a entrega sendo feita pelos correios, em caixa discreta, no endereço informado; 2) Retirar, usando um código secreto, no armário digital localizado no Terminal Rodoviário Rita Maria. Também é possível retirar o autoteste na farmácia de uma das Policlínicas ou de qualquer Centro de Saúde, além de marcar dia e hora para fazer a testagem presencial. “É importante destacar que toda pessoa que tem relações sexuais, mesmo estando em um relacionamento fixo, deve realizar o teste de HIV pelo menos a cada 6 a 12 meses. O teste é indicado com maior frequência para quem tem nova ou múltiplas parcerias sexuais, ou faz uso irregular de preservativos”, acrescenta Zonta. Em três anos de parceria com o AHA, já foram 23.753 autotestes distribuídos em Florianópolis. A iniciativa, juntamente com o amplo acesso às modalidades de prevenção e ao tratamento adequado e imediato após diagnóstico, tem desacelerado as novas infecções de HIV no município. Ronaldo Zonta ainda destaca que existem diversas formas de prevenir a infecção pelo HIV. “Temos preservativos, a PEP (medicamento que pode ser usado se uma pessoa teve uma relação desprotegida) e a PrEP (pílula para prevenir o HIV). Todos os recursos estão disponíveis no SUS. O principal problema hoje em relação ao HIV é o preconceito, o estigma e a desinformação”, conclui o médico de família e comunidade e coordenador do projeto Pare o HIV Floripa. Caso o resultado do autoteste seja positivo, é necessário realizar um exame confirmatório no serviço de saúde. É possível agendar o exame em um dos Centros de Testagem e Resposta Rápida (CTRr), que funcionam de segunda a sexta-feira, das 7h às 16h.
