aang — what do you like to do to calm yourself?

i calm myself down by getting out all the energy!! this is usually playing some loud music and jumping around my room as i vigorously lipsync to the song. my current calm down song is Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na) by My Chemical Romance!!

usually i’m more inspired by experiences or places than people, but i guess i’d say all of my friends and found family! (and yes this includes crimily :D)

surprisingly i have a lot of friends,,,

aioli pal — we met through my best friend at the time, who she was dating, but i hated her when i met her because the boy i had a crush on (and dated for like a week?) was in the 7th grade equivalent of love with her. once i got over that bias, we became really close friends and even three years later, i’m closer with her than with anyone else. she’s my sugar baby, candle man, sister, best friend, wife and everything rolled into one.

@one-moist-watermelon​ — my wife!!!! we’d been in mutual classes before but the first time i really met them was in our year 9 drama class!! i don’t quite remember how exactly we met but the time i knew i wanted to be friends with them was when we and two others wrote a little skit about harold holt. if you don’t know who harold holt is, he was an Australian prime minister who went for a swim one day and vanished. in our skit, harold holt (played by yours truly) was running away to new zealand under the fake name richard richardson. shanbear’s role was that, after a customs officer became close to finding me out, i pointed at them and yelled “that man is smuggling dr-gs over the border!”. they ripped off a mustache they were wearing, yelled “i’m not a man, i’m a woman!” and were taken away by a security guard. i then slipped through customs and made my escape to new zealand.

also fun fact: australians named a pool after harold holt. we named a swimming pool after the PM who is believed to have drowned at sea. let that sink in just like he probably sunk.

fridge gang — oh boy. we met through a dc/batman roleplaying server and bonded over our love of buzzfeed unsolved, chaos, murder, john mulaney, more murder, and memes. we did end up leaving the rp server because of complications, but we’re still close and arguably closer than ever!! i love mooria and parkoo so much and i would murder someone for them. this is probably the friend group i have the most inside jokes with. *looks wistfully into the distance* autothots, roll out.

crimily — the crime fam!! i met them in @fyrelordzuko‘s atla discord server (which is now closed to the public, so don’t try it.) and they’re the friend group i’ve known for the least amount of time so there isn’t a lot of story here :( we bonded over crimes! they all adopted me except ver cause they’re younger than me. they’re amazing people and i love them very much!!!!

Themed Adoptables

I'd like to do some themed adopt batches. I have a couple in mind but if there's any themes you'd like to see integrated into an adopt leave a reply! (Don't worry if it's a super specific or an uncommon/unusual theme idea. Literally one batch I'm working on is going to be "Cryptids" themed. Another theme I'm going to do is "types of mushrooms". So if you wanna get a weird or hyper-specific theme I'm all for it.)
