con weekend is officially over (sob) but it was a surprising success!!! i managed to find four super cute sunday charms, plus a silly lil sunday plushie, two more ajax pins for my ita bag, and a dabi keychain!! ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و ♡

we had such a great time!! we also went to the chris sabat panel + the maile flanagan panel, both of which were quite interesting and just a fun time to experience, and we got to stop by our favourite ramen restaurant (very fitting after naruto panels, don’t u think?) hehe <3
also the lighting in that washroom was stellar HAHAHA

#disclaimer that i make everytime i tag people you dont have to do this and if youd rather tie me to some train tracks thats okay#anyway. on to movie discussion#im counting the columbo episode because i want to. bc they're like mini movies. especially that one bc its the length of a movie#but im not counting regular tv episodes bc i see new episodes of cheers every week and i watched the first two episodes of night court too#anyway. im also not including darling on this list even thought it was new but i did not like it . very not my favorite#them! i also didnt see exactly from the beginning i dont think but i saw like 98% of it. very fun#was very late to buckaroo banzai but it really is that good. its everything#the long and the short and the tall is Not Great but its pretty okay. as many british actors as you could want and more#the columbo episode is just so funny. i like the theory posited by columboscreens that hes off the shits on dramamine or something#galaxina was well also not great but it had moments of genuine inspired comedy that i loved. bonkers movie#the spy with a cold nose despite the gunchy version available on youtube was unexpectedly delightful. very silly 60s spy movie spoof#i normally watch more new movies in a month i try for one every weekend but i didnt end up doing that this month rip#thank youuuuu again for the tag <3

Just splurged 28% of my monthly income on a CME thingy about pet fish on the off chance I can learn more about them from a vet med perspective, which I've been trying to do ever since day 1 at uni
#to no avail so far#but maybe now?#i've not yet given up hope#day 1 looks like basic aquaristics knowledge#but even that could be very interesting since it's been 11 years since I last properly updated my information#outside of what i need for the immediate care of my own fish#but i've also been told by a vet who spent a couple of years in aquatic medicine#and fish in particular#that the proper resources are abroad#gonna be a fun weekend either way tho

I have a hard time not saying marill (solely because it’s my favorite Pokemon) but I did a speed run of that little pick your favorite Pokemon thing!
I really want to shiny hunt more so crossing my fingers I follow through on that once school is out

I tried to pick ones not based solely on what I’ve gotten shinies of (though there is overlap)#I’ve a bunch of incomplete hunts like in heartgold I’ve been head butting for a heracross on and off for a year (got 2 spearows and a aipom)#don’t even get me started on the safari zone there are so many cool guys available in the post game safari zone#but I can’t get to the post game until I get hooh which I Also need to hunt#eventually everything will happen (this is a lie I am lying to myself)#fun fact! I have Twitter for the sole purpose of posting shinies 🕊️🔥🔥🔥#in a very Pokemon mood this weekend what does this say about society#now that I think about it the route I got that rattata on is like 50% drowzee that would be really cool to hunt there’s also ditto there but#then there’s also abra fuck abra it’s shiny is mid and I hate teleport#also I never hear much on alolan Muk which is unfortunate since it’s shiny is sick I love when the forms do like a little flip#I think paldean wooper does a similar thing

i had a v fun night last night (i had. maybe somewhat too much to drink) but im on my meds again today which kinda prevent me from sleeping in so i only slept for like. maybe 4 hrs? and when i woke up i was Not yet sober. and tbh i still can't fully think straight but idk if its leftover wine in my system or just the sleep deprivation
#im having fun though#i drank more than a full bottle of wine + a half liter of blonde beer + a few glasses of tia maria (doesnt taste great but it was available)#havent drunk that much in a pretty long time#well. i say this. last weekend i went to a festival where i p much only drank beer and water for 4 days. also by the pint#but thats different. thats across an entire day#but yeah im pretty sure my body absolutely hates me rn but im having A Blast

#imjustsittinghere#its like dumb#but my birthday is in like 3 weeks#and there are so many sick ass parties cause hor berlin is doing a toronto thing all month which is insane#but all the best parties are the week before and after my birthday#ESPECially the week after on the 17th like the line up is crazy the venue is crazy and the dress code theme is dystopia which is CRAZY#but i dont think any one i know is gonna go </3#asked a couple people i love going to raves with but its one of our other friends birthdays that day so theyre like idk probably not#and a party did just get announced for my birthday but i dont like the djs that much its way more house than techno which is less my thing#feeling very selfish about it#really wanna go on the 17th but no homies </3#and i kinda feel bad asking other people cause my friend whos birthday it is is so sweet i love her and we have alot of mutual friends#but also she hasnt said if shes doing anything yet (but htat makes sense its like weeks out)#idk im also just stressed cause i have to put my work availability in this weekend and i dont know my plans#anyway feeling dumb n stupid about it!#also hate like inviting people to things especially my birthday so added stress is making me :$#but i also like having fun and i feel like if i do nothing ill have an existential crisis#anyway stupid#gonna go take a bunch of valerian root cause im all weird and anxiousy now#gnigh <3
